Just my thoughts no rhyme no reason- on today's journey in his game called life - I talk #patience and the tale of 2 stories - as the flip side of this is to rush. We are in the middle of releasing a huge amount of episodes on a ton of platforms but we are having to take baby 👶 steps to complete all the work to keep it up to the standards we adhere to... this takes time and work - which at times we want to toss under the bus 🚌 and just push release already. Do you have these issues?

Just my thoughts no rhyme no reason- on today's journey in this game called life - how far removed we are from our food 🥘 production system- an event at a restaurant where a certain vegetable/fruit was unavailable as the restaurant and grocery store had none and the reaction from about 80% of the people was that it was unacceptable that they did not have it. A very interesting reaction when you think about how lucky we even are to have things that are not grown here and on the flip side with all the #drought- #floods - early snow and such going on in the world 🌎- I just feel it's obvious none of us have a clue what it really takes to produce the food 🥘 we #consume

How I fully appreciate understand and believe that what we feed our mind body and soul is then in fact what we end up viewing the world 🌎 as!

Just my thoughts no rhyme no reason- on today's journey in this game called life- we talk 'speaking our truth' John and myself on our vlog show touched a little on the subject of how we tell people what we do... and most of us usually start with our job or our title- and we tend to perceive ourself as that title : it could be #mother #actress #mechanic yet those titles are not us. I was struck by the fact that I shy ☺️ away from titles ....worrying about what others may #perceive me as .... or #judge me on - take a listen 👂 and let me know if you have been there 👊❤️🙌

How the #scarcity vibe can ruin your high vibrations- and take your #mental #strength and turn it into mush. How I got through it was to stick to my vision and also realize that the feeling was a normal part of the #human #process and not to be to hard on myself and then adding to that #doubt -Just trust and do your best to get back to where we were ....back into the flow. 👊❤️🙌

Just my thoughts no rhyme no reason.. on today’s journey in this game called life - we talk #enjoyment - I was woken up last night with an #epiphany Moment at around 330 am then after that tossed and turned with all the planetary and universal “going on’s “ - so to say the least when I rose to do my early morning talk show with my man from the UK 🇬🇧 I was less then vibrant .... and a little worried 😟 if I would be my chipper self.... but boom 💥 the instant we started it was immediately an energy rush buzz and sensation- I was blown away. #purpose #servicetoothers and passion are from our higher self and do not know what fatigue is!! ❤️👊🙌

Just my thoughts no rhyme no reason- on today’s journey in this game called life- #Improvement hot damn. I celebrate 🎉 the little thing of getting better. I was blown away at how I was improving on another show I do with my co- host from the uk 🇬🇧- over a 5 month period our shows went from so so to super flowy and smooth. Instead of looking at it like well we should be better at show 3 or 7 -I was just happy truly happy with the gradual improvements we made daily🤙👊❤️ please take this into your own life - there are for sure things you are doing better st daily! Take notice and celebrate 🙏👊 it’s a great place to be at in your mind and heart

In a conversation about being #unemployed with a female friend I thought how that way of life is so freeing. This was me saying that... as compared to my thoughts on this even 5 years ago I would have said you #lazy ass you.. take a 👂 listen and let me know how far you have come
