Just my thought's No rhyme No reason on today's journey in this game called life: we talk regret vs hindsight! This came up on another show I was on a few days ago and I wanted to share the lesson’s that came forward for me during the recording. So first off for me some of my hindsight to how my career went at the early stages was that I always gave away my power and I also always put people whom I assumed where in a more authoritative spot than I was - well I listened to them over my own gut and intuition. Yet I would not be where I am at in this very moment if it were not for all those lesson’s early on. So I chose to look at it as a blessing

Just my thoughts no rhyme no reason- on today’s journey in this game called life: Does it ever end? What I am referring to is fitting in or seeking that external validation! Such a hard spot to be in. Now I had an I depth conversation with a father of 2 boys one in kindergarten and the other starting high school. He was mentioning how they were both having issues fitting in with the groups at school and how that caused them depression and anxiety, and as the conversation went on he then mentioned he was having the same issue at work! It seems to never change at any age right! Then to put the nail in coffin I spoke with a beautiful women who is in an old age home who said that those same issues are very relevant even at her age!! I was blown away a little. This is something that won’t change from birth until death 💀 unless we change ourself first!!👊🙏🙌

I tell, how over a 5 year period my energy, started to change and those who were around me that were not changing fell to the way side. I went solo for a while to work on myself, then the RIGHT people came into the mix!!

Just my thoughts no rhyme no reason in today’s journey in this game called life: I talk #validation and how I am still seeking it in others whom I assume or presume are like an authoritative figure. This goes back for us all to a time in infancy when we seek and crave the love ❤️ and attention of our parents and especially our #mothers. After taking a test for another level in my hand to hand combat training this ugly truth raised its head again as I was seeking validation in each task I was given. Fully turning my power over to someone else. When I damn well know I am all that I will ever need. I showed up and that’s all that matters in life!!❤️🙌👊
