The Silence, which we use to communicate with God, does not arise from the quietness of an external environment, but rather from going into the room (Matthew 6:6) that is within us. It is here, with our intellect and intuition fully engaged, that we center ourselves and discard the noise, which is likely to distract us. We can then decipher the guidance that is there to lead us. Last week’s program introduced a way to embrace all the inputs that surround us and discover the messages intertwined within them, through a formula of Focus, Filter and Find. This week, we learn how to use this approach so we are always ready, at every instant, for our next message of guidance.
