You will hear that we can not walk in darkness and the light at the same time and proclaim that we are in fellowship with God.

Temptation is never alone, sin is always tagging along with it. Avoiding temptation comes with your maturity with Christ as well as having a secure fellowship with him and other believers. It is easier to stay in the light when you have the accountability of the spirit and other believers around you.

God promised to rebuild what had been destroyed and to replant what had been torn. He promised to prove himself to be patient, compassionate, transparent, forgiver, and  a redeemer who was also a rebuilder. 

We all go through trials and tribulations, we go through things that to some would completely make us crumble and loose the will to fight in this life. But when you are in a relationship with our God and you realize how amazing he is to us you realize that our God is bigger than any struggle or trial we go through.

Mark 1:35 - Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.

Listen in as I share the why, the how, and the result of getting into quiet time. Everyone's quiet time is going to look different, we all have different lives, different schedules. But the one thing that is consistent with all of us is we all have a relationship with Jesus. Some may be on different spiritual levels but God doesn't look at that, he looks at each one of us individually. He wants us to have an individual relationship with him.

In today’s episode your going to hear specific prayers that I share with you. One in which is one I prayed for my husband a year ago and then the other will be from a grandmother who wrote to the Lord thanking him for transforming her husband from May 1975. The power of prayer I have said many times is an amazing thing, but its something so special, emotional about the times that you get into prayer for your spouse or future spouse.

1 Corinthians 7:17 - NIV - Nevertheless, each person should live as a believer in whatever situation the Lord has assigned to them, just as God has called them. This is the rule I lay down in all the churches.

I look up to the mountains; does my strength come from mountains? No, my strength comes from God, who made heaven, and earth, and mountains. - Psalm 121:1-2 (MSG)

In what areas of your life are you needing to find strength within the Lord? List them on a piece of paper and pray over them, if you want share with a friend and have them pray in agreeance with you.
