So what makes us, what builds our character? What causes us to grow? Well, you know what kind of things make us better people? What makes us want more? What creates the kind of person that we are? Challenges. Things that happen in our lives, things that happen to us. We learn how to deal with these things. We learn how to get past these things. This is what makes us grow. How many times did you come across struggles growing up, whether it be through your elementary years or your teenage years? What kind of crap got handed to you and what did you do with it? Did you sit there, lay down and take the loss and wallow in your sorrows? Most likely, if you're listening to this podcast, the answer is going to be no. You didn't sit there and let the crap happen and just not take it as a growing opportunity, not take it as some way to move forward in your life.

Several of us are going into another lockdown. How angry does that make you? I'm angry, I don't like that. I'm not a fan, and you can disagree with me, but that's okay, because... That's okay.

But I really wanted to touch on today was faith, belief and success, because I believe even when we first started going into these whole shut down things across the country, we talked about different ways that you could flourish through it, you could grow through it. I feel like we all have in many ways.

If you're not getting results, then your business is not growing. So, like I said, if you're in business, you know how important results are, and without those results or you're not moving forward, you're not growing that business. You don't want to be stagnant, and you definitely don't want to be falling behind.

So, for some people, the question is, 'How do I get results?' The bottom line to results is action and consistency, you have to be consistent in your actions daily, 99% of the time it takes hours of dedication, hours and sacrifice

Today, I want to talk to you about leadership and team building, and it doesn't matter if you're in network marketing or if you are, maybe you're in corporate America and you have a team of people who you are in charge of. Whether you be a manager, team leader, whatever you, whatever your title may be, really building a team and having leadership and leadership skills, it's across the board.

You have to have some sort of leadership skills, but also there's something that's really important that I started thinking about today, and I said, you know what, I want to bring this to you guys. Let me just start out by saying that leadership can be really scary, because if it's not something that you're used to, or maybe you're used to just being the leader of your family, maybe you're used to being the captain of the softball team or something like that when you were younger. But really, leadership, the bottom line comes to communication.
