  • Ep 101 - Creating a Thriving Mind w: Dr Jenny Brockis
I was once asked – “What do you do for fun, Janine?  When was the last time you played?”
What if you were told that the power of play fuels your brain power. That learning to thrive at work and at home would boost your productivity and performance, unleashing your brilliance to do more?
So many were exhausted at the end of 2020.  Burnout was on the increase, zoom fatigue a daily occurrence and the exhaustion of balancing work and life as we were working from home didn’t always lend itself to much fun or play.
In this podcast episode I chat to Dr Jenny Brockis the author of 4 books with her latest being, Thriving Mind: How to Cultivate a Good Life.
As a board-certified lifestyle medicine physician and best-selling author, Dr Jenny’s vision is to enable everyone to be a happy, thriving human. She started life as the Principal GP of a group medical practice, then founded a workplace-based consultancy Brain Fit in 2009 specialising in brain health, mental wellbeing and social connection.
Listen in as even those that know this stuff still fall off the wagon from time to time.
