A lot of people forget that we are created from the same universal energy that creates planets and stars. We are more powerful than what we are aware of. It is important to remember this, especially when we want to manifest the life that we desire. Part of the life that we desire is the state of our human body and being able to heal, strengthen, or improve our body is something we can easily achieve with the power of meditation. In this episode, I will guide you through this process so you can start creating the body that you want. 

Sometimes, diseases or conditions are related to some energetical blockages that we can easily remove with a simple meditation, in this case doing this meditation on a regular basis should allow you to see improvements. However, diseases can also have a more spiritual or deeper reason to be, from childhood unhealed wounds and buried emotions to karmic ancestral connections and soul contracts. If a disease or condition persists, it is important to go deeper to find the cause and heal from the root of the problem by using techniques like inner child work, shadow work, ancestral healing, energy healing, etc.
