What if stress itself isn’t the problem, but never getting a chance to recover from it?
In this conversation, I’m joined by Dr. Alexandra “Daisy” Crosswell, a psychological scientist who studies how stress affects the body. We talk about why so many of us feel constantly “on,” what Daisy calls deep rest, and the small cues of safety we can weave into an ordinary day.
Daisy also shares what happened when she tried to run a research lab while raising three young children, and how that experience changed her relationship with work. We get into the choices women face around careers and motherhood, the often invisible work of running a home, and the freedom of defining success for the chapter you’re actually living.
We explore:
Daisy leaves us with a beautiful reminder: we don’t have to know the whole plan. Some of the best parts of life may be the ones we never saw coming.
My loves, I have some big work updates and honestly, I feel like I’m getting my spark back!
After leaving my tech startup and navigating burnout, I needed to work on my own, slow down, and create space to heal. Those boundaries served me so well. But lately, I’ve been craving something different: collaboration, in-person community, and being part of building things alongside other people.
In this solo episode, I’m sharing what that looks like—from becoming Growth Partner at The Hivery to helping my husband Raúl grow Eco Experience, alongside my coaching business and writing my book.
And with all this excitement comes a very real question: how do I make room for more while still taking good care of myself?
We’re talking about:
- Finding my way back to the ambitious, excited version of myself
- How joining a community opened the door to an unexpected opportunity
- Recognizing my personal signs that things are becoming too much
- The everyday practices helping me navigate a fuller season
- A powerful question: “What is your business asking of you?”
I don’t have it all figured out. This is an honest glimpse into a season of growth, recalibration, and learning to trust myself as things change.
If you’re feeling ready for more but wondering how to do it differently this time, this one is for you! And if there’s something you’d love to hear more of on the podcast, send me a DM. I’d love to know.

After 15 years in corporate law, Sne Alan Sharma stepped away from a high-pressure career to pursue her lifelong connection to yoga and build Intarya Yoga in Mill Valley.
In this episode, we explore what the Western world often misses about yoga, why the practice is about so much more than movement, and how yoga and Ayurveda can help us better understand what our bodies need. Sne also shares how she built a business around three essential pillars—intentional movement, nourishment, and community—and why reconnecting with our authentic selves begins with self-love.
This is a beautiful conversation about career reinvention, Eastern wisdom, creating balance, and giving yourself permission to honor the life you truly want.

After getting this question from a few of you, I realized that, for me, the answer comes down to one thing: self-trust.
In this episode, I’m sharing a very personal story about a decision I agonized over for months (whether or not to travel across the world for one of my best friend’s weddings). Deep down, I think I knew what I wanted to do from the beginning. But finances, fertility decisions, logistics, other people’s opinions, and fear slowly became louder than my own inner knowing.
Until one conversation made everything crystal clear.
I share:
- what intuition actually feels like
- how outside opinions can create confusion around something we already know
- why anxiety can sometimes be a sign that we’re going against ourselves
- how even making the “wrong” decision can help us strengthen our self-trust
Because becoming a better decision-maker isn’t necessarily about always making the “right” decision. It’s about building enough trust in yourself to listen when something inside of you already knows.

After five weeks away, I’m back behind the mic and this episode is a little life catch-up from me to you
I’m sharing some of the moments that filled my cup this summer: biking through Amsterdam, visiting the Anne Frank House, slowing down by the sea in Deauville, celebrating my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary, and soaking up time with my very big (and beautifully chaotic) family.
But coming home has also had me thinking about what travel gives us beyond the trip itself: perspective.
I’ve been reflecting on the slower, more communal way of living I experience when I’m in Europe, how working from home has changed the way so many of us connect, and why I’m craving more community and clearer boundaries between work and home in this next season.
I also share a little behind the scenes of life lately—from an unexpectedly slow workday that felt like exactly what I needed, to celebrating four years of marriage with Raúl and the questions we ask each other every anniversary.
And finally, I open up about something that’s been on my heart: how we can grow spiritually as a couple and create practices that help us feel connected to something bigger than ourselves.
In this episode, we chat about:
What five weeks away reminded me about rest and perspective
Why travel always makes me reconsider how I want to live at home
The European approach to community and connection I want to bring back with me
My evolving relationship with working from home
The four questions Raúl and I asked each other on our wedding anniversary
A few books, shows, and very random life updates along the way
Consider this our coffee date after a few weeks apart. I’m so happy to be back!

Halfway through the year, I’m pressing pause.
In this solo episode, I share why I intentionally take a summer break from the podcast and how stepping away has become one of the most valuable practices in both my business and my life.
We often celebrate consistency, hustle, and always being "on." But what if some of our biggest breakthroughs come when we create space instead of pushing harder?
In this conversation, I explore:
Whether you're an entrepreneur, creator, or simply someone who rarely gives yourself permission to slow down, this episode is an invitation to zoom out, celebrate how far you've come, and create space for what's next.

Building a business isn't just about having the right strategy, it's about trusting yourself enough to take the next step.
In this solo episode, I'm sharing one of the biggest patterns I've been seeing with my coaching clients (and one I've lived through myself): the entrepreneurs who make the most progress aren't necessarily the ones with the best business plan. They're the ones who stop waiting for permission and start trusting their own voice.
We talk about why so many founders end up outsourcing their authority to courses, coaches, or social media, how comparison is often a symptom of low self-trust rather than an Instagram problem, and the simple practices that actually help you build confidence over time.
I also share stories from my own entrepreneurial journey (from building a tech startup to navigating burnout, rebuilding my career, and learning that the greatest business strategy I've ever developed wasn't another marketing funnel) it was learning to trust myself.
If you've been second-guessing yourself, overthinking your next move, or wondering whether you're doing enough, I hope this episode reminds you that the answers you're searching for may already be within you.

This week on the podcast, I’m joined by entrepreneur, founder, mom, and absolute visionary Barbara Mighdoll and this conversation is so much more than business.
Barbara shares the behind-the-scenes story of leaving her successful tech career to build what is now becoming one of the Bay Area’s fastest-growing wellness brands: MNT Studio.
We talk about the courage it takes to pivot careers, building businesses while raising young kids, navigating uncertainty, creating community in a post-COVID world, and why women need spaces that support both wellness and connection.
Barbara also opens up about:
We also dive into the vision behind MNT Studio’s “wellness social club” model combining Pilates, co-working, childcare, sauna, and community all under one roof and why this concept is resonating so deeply right now.
This episode is incredibly inspiring for anyone dreaming of building something meaningful, making a career pivot, redefining success, or craving a more connected way of living.
If you’ve been feeling the pull toward something bigger, this conversation will leave you feeling expanded, energized, and reminded that you do not need to see the full staircase to take the next step.

This week’s solo episode is a gentle reminder that maybe, life is not working against you. Maybe it all works out!
Inspired by Outrageous Openness, I’m sharing reflections on surrender, synchronicities, burnout, nervous system healing, and what it means to loosen our grip on life long enough to actually receive.
Highlights of this episode:
creating pockets of quiet in a noisy world
gratitude as the foundation of abundance
small daily practices that reconnect us to presence
learning to ask for support from life (and actually receive it)
the tiny synchronicities that reminded me things are unfolding exactly as they need to
shifting from a victim mindset into becoming an active creator of your reality
This episode is part reflection, part pep talk, and part invitation to soften into the possibility that things may work out even better than you imagined.

In this solo episode, I’m opening up about what it’s really been like building businesses alongside my husband over the last 9 years. From my startup days with atlasGO to helping grow EcoExperience, I share the beautiful parts, the messy parts, and the lessons we’ve learned about communication, boundaries, resentment, and partnership along the way.
We talk about:
This episode is for anyone navigating entrepreneurship in a relationship, building something meaningful with a partner, or simply trying to create more balance between ambition, love, and real life.
