This week’s Mental Monday hit different. I came across an old video about losing yourself and honestly, it still hit me today. Then I found my first ever recipe video… and yeah, it was rough. But looking back, it reminded me of something we all forget sometimes:
You don’t need to change everything around you to feel happy again. You just need to keep showing up for yourself.
Let’s dive into this one.
Ever feel like your mind never shuts off like you’re constantly flipping between work, goals, content ideas, conversations, and that one email you still haven’t answered? In this episode, I open up about what it’s like living with a brain that’s always on, even when the world’s quiet. It’s about the pressure of being your own everything your editor, your brand manager, your motivator and the toll it takes when “doing everything right” still leaves you feeling off.
This isn’t about burnout it’s about awareness. About catching yourself in the chaos long enough to remember who you actually are underneath all the noise.
You ever catch yourself in that weird headspace where everything’s actually going good… but your brain still finds a reason to panic?
You’re working hard, things are moving in the right direction, and for a second you feel proud until that voice kicks in and starts saying, “Careful, don’t slow down… this could all disappear.”
This week’s episode of Mental Monday is about that constant battle between pride and pressure when you’re doing everything right but your mind keeps telling you it’s not enough.
I talk about how easy it is to start overthinking, self-sabotaging, and doubting the progress you’ve already made and how one off day or small setback can trick you into forgetting just how far you’ve come.
This one’s for anyone who’s been stuck in their own head lately feeling like they need to keep proving themselves just to stay afloat.
Because the truth is, you’re probably doing way better than you think you are.
So take a breath, stop second-guessing yourself, and let’s talk about it.
In this episode, I get real about how staying stuck almost cost me everything from my relationship to a better life. I share what happened when I started showing up differently, how growth changed the way I connect with people, and why evolving as a person opened doors in ways I never imagined. If you’ve ever felt like you’re stuck on repeat, this one’s for you.
This summer was the first time I ever took 16–17 days straight off the gym… and honestly? I thought I’d hate it. The old me would’ve been ripping myself apart, stressing about every meal, and feeling like I’d lost all my progress. But this year was different.
I realized something huge: you don’t need to be “locked in” 365 days a year to be healthy, happy, or successful. One workout. One pump. A few good meals. That’s all it takes to feel like you’re back on track.
In this episode, I share what I’ve learned about letting go of guilt, enjoying life, and why balance matters way more than perfection. If you’ve ever beat yourself up for skipping workouts, eating out, or just living life — this one’s for you.
🎧 Tune in for some real talk, a little Monday motivation, and a reminder that you’re doing better than you think.
There was a time in my life when being alone made me feel anxious, uncomfortable even panicked. I needed constant distraction, someone to talk to, something to do… anything to avoid being in my own head.
But now? Alone time is one of the best parts of my day.
In this episode, I’m talking about how I went from feeling lonely in my own company to actually enjoying it. And if you’ve ever struggled to sit with yourself, this one’s for you.
In this episode, I’m getting honest not the highlight-reel version, but the real story.
There was a time when everything felt like too much. I didn’t feel inspired. I didn’t feel strong. But what kept me going was having something to work on. A project. A goal. A reason to get up, even when I didn’t feel like it. It wasn’t about chasing success or being productive it was about survival.
I’m talking about how that “one thing” gave me purpose when nothing else made sense, how staying busy gave me structure when my mind felt chaotic, and how that shift changed my mental health more than any motivational quote ever could.
If you’ve ever felt like you were just trying to make it through the day this one’s for you.
I sat down with absolutely nothing to say—no topic, no direction, nothing. And honestly, I almost didn’t record this at all. But then it hit me… maybe that was the message. In this episode, I talk about why rest, silence, and stillness are sometimes exactly what we need. If you’ve ever felt pressure to constantly produce, this one’s for you.
Thanks for tuning in!!
Much love
Adam
Ever catch yourself scrolling, watching your friends check off all the “life boxes” — the house, the job, the relationship — and think, “Sht… am I behind?”*
This episode is your reminder that you’re not. Not even close.
We’re diving into that quiet pressure so many of us feel — the comparison, the timelines, the fear that we’re not where we’re supposed to be. But here’s the truth: there is no “supposed to.” There’s just you, your pace, and your process.
If you’ve ever questioned your path, doubted your timing, or wondered if you’re doing life “right,” this one’s for you. You’re not late. You’re just building something real — and it takes time.
No fluff. No toxic positivity. Just a real talk to kick off your week with some damn perspective.
Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about self-improvement — and how easy it is to get caught in the cycle of constantly doing more. I used to be stuck in that life: track everything, optimize every hour, stay “on” all the time. And if I missed something? I’d beat myself up. I was obsessed with being perfect, and the pressure I put on myself was unreal. In this episode, I’m unpacking that mindset and sharing why I finally let go — and why you might want to, too
