Unpack Your Shit is a labor of love and authentic expression. I have been trying to figure out how to decorate my tiny corner of the Internet for some time. I have been waiting for the right time to start. There will never be a right time, you have to start by starting! Over the last 2 years, I've been on a journey of self-reflection and focusing on how I am showing up in the world and why. In this episode, I start at the beginning, age 9. It’s amazing how healing your inner child can be when we are bold enough to listen.

We all see those memes that talk about eliminating negative energy and friends. But what happens when the sage is lit to clear the energy and YOU start choking? In this episode, we talk about the breakdown of friendship and betrayal I have experienced. We also discuss my role in some of those friendships. It’s really easy to point out what others have done to you. It’s more difficult to acknowledge and correct your frequency because sometimes, oftentimes…we ain’t shit either.

Joe, the elephant in the room. Until recently, I didn't consider myself a fatherless daughter. Joe and I have had a close relationship my entire life, how can I be fatherless?  When he was released from prison in 2018, the answer was crystal clear. This episode is the most honest conversation I have ever had about Joe. I couldn’t prepare for it so I turned on the mic and unpacked. This episode is heavy and liberating.
