First off before y’all get all twisted…I don’t condone violence. But there are times when violence has to be met with violence. We’ve all heard the phrase Fuck around and find out. This morning before I started my day I wanted to talk a little about the 20 yr old. She’s not the main character in my new normal, but she is a piece to the puzzle. To say having them both is hard, is an understatement. But we’re making it work.

Time to catch y’all up on current events aka my life! The kid was hit by a car and thanks to the all mighty above she’s still here. She caught a lesson that didn’t have to happen. I’m just glad she finally sees or understands what I’ve been telling her. No good comes with believing you’re invincible and the streets are your safe haven. Heyyy! Just a little update to catch y’all up with things. We’re still finding our footing. Still bumping heads, but making a little progress. We’re almost three months in, but still a long way to go. I got this, even though at times I feel I don’t….but I know I do! Give a listen and I’ll catch ya when I catch ya! K bye! 

This child is acting like I’m someone new to the block. I know my role has changed, but me as a person has not. I’m not going to force her to see the good that’s right in her face. She will be 18 come November and I’m only obligated to get her thru high school. After that she can live the life she wants. Do I love her yes, with all my heart, but don’t get me twisted….sistah. Word is Lizzo is thinking of quitting music along with making her social media accounts private. I don’t agree with either as it’s caving to the masses, but I get all this constant fat shaming is taking a toll. What needs to be addressed is that it comes from women. With all the stuff women have to battle, why are we still shaming our own counterpart? K bye!

It’s been two months and this Saturday will be 3 weeks that the girls relocated upstairs. It’s still a work in progress. My apartment now has two more individuals. Two individuals who lived differently. Two individuals who have a lot to learn. 

I’m dealing with that and now boss issues. I literally need time to catch my breath from all the chaos. K bye! 

I recorded this yesterday but forgot to post. That was yesterday and today’s a new day. Last night me and the girls talked about stuff. …..life, school, college, therapy, etc.  This new chapter is a lot for all of us, but we have to come together. K bye! 

This was my Sunday and it wasn’t a funday. The 19 yr old texted me in distress. So I went to check on her & her sister. The biologicals answered the door full on attitude and you can listen to all that transpired. I filed a complaint with the police as a backup going into this week. Keys are to be turned in come Friday! K bye!
