In order to achieve your strategic targets you often have to change tactics in the face of difficulties that come up.  Especially when you face multiple situations you need to prioritize and execute.

The way to further your legitimate efforts to help people of good will in an area that may have ill-intentioned group members that would get in the way of your good work and support of the legitimate leadership of a significant group.

You must establish a base of operations.  Temporary or more permanent you must get set up to do business.  This can hold you back if you don't do it.

Document Your Know How so Others Can Apply It, Then Make it Better, Add Material and Improvements that Enables Others to Get Better Results

Be prepared to fulfill your aspirations but you must build your business as you go, or you will never do it.
