As procedure, process or culture are the areas you can target for improvement or training for better business operations, an individual not getting results in these areas may have in their personal life problems in the areas of body, mind or spirit.  It's these you would need to target for an address, to help them get into a better space and be in a position to know get results in administrative procedure, technical process or an organizations culture. 

Are you reacting to difficulties you face in life or are you taking a breath and determining the effective actions to get things DONE?  Which is the better path.

Are you proactive about your life or reactive?  Do you prepare what's required to have the results you want or are do you meet or miss the demands life put's on you because your not prepared and life is hitting you regularly with it's demands.

The importance of sharing your aha moments to build relationships.  Whether it is with friends, connections, prospects, customers or clients, stories are key to building relationships. 

You must document your understanding to be able to live beyond your death and those close to you.

The simple way to determine if someone is the right sort of person to hang around with.

Find and Add Those who are interested in specific activities, Expose and disregard those who are not

When you find someone doing something that gets you mad, rather then get mad or stay mad, think of the way that thing should be done, make sure you incorporate it in your life, if you have to already and be an advocate to others about that right way to behave in a similar situation.  Make the change in yourself, and help others to change.  The difference in this is you...should be you, for yourself and others.
