Lindsay Elizabeth Buziak was a Canadian real estate agent who was murdered on a property viewing in Saanich, a suburb of Victoria, British Columbia, on February 2, 2008.

I hope this write-up will be a bit of a change of pace from true crime. I am not a believer in the paranormal at all, in fact I’m an absolute skeptic, but one case I absolutely love and want to share is that of Gef the talking mongoose, a creature or entity who is reported to have manifested to a family living on the Isle of Man throughout the 1930s.

As you may know, the 9/11 attacks were the deadliest terrorist act in history. Four planes that crashed into the the World Trade Center (WTC) in New York City, the Pentagon in Arlington, VA and Stonycreek Township, PA led to the death of approximately 2,974 people and to the eventual demise of 22 more due to dust exposure.

As was her custom, at 6am on the morning of Oct. 12th, 2000, Mary Henderson Morris departed for her job at the Chase Bank in Houston’s Spring Valley; it was the last time the forty-eight year old loan officer would be seen alive.

Gloria Ramirez: The Toxic Lady.

On February 19, 1994, 31-year-old Gloria Ramirez was rushed to Riverside General Hospital in California at 8:15 PM.

Gloria, who had been previously diagnosed with cervical cancer, was conscious but confused and unable to answer any questions properly. Her heart was beating too fast for her body, her breathing was shallow, and her blood pressure was dropping.

Between 1972 and 1973, at least seven women and girls were murdered by an unknown assailant (or assailants) in Santa Rosa, California. All of the victims were found nude in rural areas near steep embankments or in creek beds near roads. Who was the Santa Rosa hitchhiker killer?

Dana Chisholm was born in August 1969 in Rock Hill South Carolina. By all accounts she was a decent student and was on the cheerleading team in high school. Growing up, like a lot of teenagers Dana experimented with drugs and at one point she ran away from home. However, she eventually went on to graduate from high school and enroll at college to study business. After graduating from college in 1993, Dana moved to Washington DC where she eventually got a job as a secretary at a think tank.
