In today's episode we explore how do you find a relationship to risk that feels supportive and how do you know when you are operating from a place of fear versus a place of healthy curiosity.
I look forward to hearing how you lean into this daily practice for yourself and if you are able to create a healthy curious relationship to risk.

Today’s episode will focus on a different approach for holiday spending. I will be providing you with an intentional approach to holiday spending. One that will require you to draw your energy in rather than out. So if you have frustration around holiday spending, you feel overwhelmed or under whelmed this may feel inviting for you.
My intention for this episode is for you to simply notice and feel into what might resonate and to honor where you are at in your process. This is not a quick fix for the holidays. It is truly intended for you to see yourself fully and completely this holiday season and to show up in a way that is authentic. To have clear intention in the cycle of giving and receiving and to have clear intention on how you choose to spend your money.

Today’s episode will breakdown how to handle no one showing up and why it is important to experience it for yourself.
I want you to put yourself out there and have no one show up not because I want you to feel sad or defeated because our experience tells a story that only we can understand. We must have our own experience to learn our own process.
Why your experience holds the power and why taking the risk over and over again is our biggest teacher.
Have you ever had no one show up? I would love to hear how you walked yourself through your experience. Share in our FREE community or reach out directly [email protected] .
