I was on a mission to get fit but also STAY FIT. I realized I had to be DEVOTED to my healthy lifestyle. When you are truly devoted, it’s not another fad diet; you’re never done doing the work…. I always say I’m doing this UNTIL ITS DONE because when you’re devoted, it’s never done.
