Well, a great misfortune happened to Lottie Michelle Belk, 55 years old. 

That day, Lottie had decided to celebrate her birthday on the beach with a small group of friends on a quiet Saturday in June. But no luck, the wind was blowing quite strong that day, around 30 kilometers per hour.
