Unwatchable

Grab some paper and a pencil -  an eraser, some 5-Hour energy drinks, maybe a rotting apple to keep in your desk, and a sense of "when does it end?!" - we are talking all about the love/hate relationship between a writer and their creative process.

Chloe sits down with sketch and script writer, Jake Smith, to discuss life as an aspiring writer. Looking at their individual methods while tackling a project, they discuss writer's block, handling critiques, and tackle the age-old question: is your writing project ever really complete?

In today's episode, writer and podcaster Marisa Schley, sits down with Chloe to discuss the true crime documentary, "The Last Days of Phil Hartman".

While unraveling the complicated story of a tumultuous relationship, addiction, and conflicting ambitions, Chloe and Marisa discuss the issues that ultimately led to the tragic demise of Phil Hartman at the hands of his wife, Brynn Omdahl.

Unwatchable is not a true crime podcast. But in a time where true crime series and documentaries are at a peak in popularity, we just couldn't resist the opportunity to explore a new kind of recap.

The Month of Love is coming to an end - and we are sending February off in style, with two of our favorite guests!

The Pwincess Bwide is what bwings us togever today. Chloe sits down with Mandy-Patinkin-type, Jarad Kopciak, and Westley-By-Default, Jayme Andrews, to talk all about the inconceivable classic. In previous episodes, Chloe has expressed that the film is overrated. Now, the two Magic Quest Boys are here to defend it's honor - and yeah, they are all gonna fight!

Crack open a can of Mountain Dew: Pink Cowgirl, start your shit-engines, and prepare to get G-Fingered! Will Chloe be saying "as you wish" to The Princess Bride by the end of this episode, or is it still Unwatchable?

Happy Valentine's Day from Unwatchable!

We are continuing the Month of Love with a guest that we love, Shayna Woods!
The ladies sit down with donuts and metaphorical wine, to talk about the different types of rom-coms, and what their personal favorites are.

From screwball comedies, to low-budget films, to the relatively new "dramedy", the rom-com formula has changed a lot over the years. What are some of the best rom-coms to watch this Valentine's Day? AND who will be crowned the King and Queen of the genre?

Hello, Nice To Meet You, welcome back to Unwatchable!

It's finally time for the long-awaited Crazy Ex-Girlfriend episode, and Chloe is here with friend of the show, Ellen Beizer, to break down all four seasons of the legendary musical comedy.

They solve The Math of Love Triangles and determine who Rebecca ultimately ends up with, become Flooded With Justice while fighting over their favorite songs, and Do The Cringe over some of the shows weaker moments.

Plus, they get into some awkward Real Life Fighting when presented with the age old question: Old Greg vs New Greg?

What are your favorite songs from the series, and are you team Josh, Greg, or Nathaniel? Let us know in your review! And while you're at it - follow us on social media!

We've got Nolan Sykes from Donut Media on the pod today! Together, Nolan and Chloe deconstruct some car-centric Netflix shows, and decide which ones are souped-up, and which ones need a complete overhaul.

His experience as a gear-head and producer of car-based content, gives Nolan an insight into the validity & technical savvy of each show. Meanwhile, Chloe can vouch for each show's story structure & accessibility, from the perspective of a car novice who can't tell a torque wrench from a jack stand (she had to google these terms in order to write this description)!

Featured Shows: Rust Valley Restorers, Fastest Car, and Hyperdrive, (and of course, a tribute to Top Gear). Which of these shows will finish in first place, and which ones are downright...Unwatchable?

LIVE FROM NEW YORK ITS SATURDAY NIGHT!!

Since 1975, Saturday Night Live has produced some of the most talked-about comedy & served as a career-launcher for the world's brightest comedy stars. Does it still hold up? Or has it become Unwatchable? Chloe sits down with her friend of over sixteen years, Zack Hillman, to dish on the legendary live sketch show.

These life-long friends (and theatre nerds) talk favorite sketches, what makes an SNL icon, and theorize how the show has kept afloat after 45 years of live television. Who will be crowned as the best SNL host of all time? And... does Chloe owe Chevy Chase an apology?

What is your favorite era of SNL? Let us know in your review, or leave a comment on our Instagram! Buh-Bye!

Chloe sits down with actor, improviser, and writer, Kevin Shacter (not Shactner - he will kill you!) and the two discuss the Oscar-nominated 1999 South Park movie/musical.

Guided by a South Park super fan (Kevin), our host (Chloe) sets off on a musical journey through a Quiet Little Mountain Town, rocked by obscenities, fart jokes, and a turbulent Satan/Saddam Hussein romance (still a better love story than Twilight).

They also debate the controversial brilliance of Trey Parker and Matt Stone, their platform as "Equal Opportunity Offenders", and tripping balls at the academy awards. Does "South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut" serve up "Asses of Fire" level comedy? Or is it simply... Unwatchable? FART!

Its a wild one, and Jayme and Chloe have a lot to say, so pop the champagne and put on your cozy socks - you don't want to miss this Unwatchable deep dive.
