The 2023 season marks Venessa Hutchinson’s 14th season in the football industry and 7th in the NFL. Currently, she serves as Director, Football Pipeline Development for the National Football League. Hutchinson works within the Football Operations department on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for coaching and front-office pipeline candidates. She oversees programs such as the Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship, Nunn-Wooten Scouting Fellowship, Quarterback Coaching Summit, and Ozzie Newsome General Manager Forum. Additionally, Hutchinson has actively worked in the women’s pipeline over the last four years.
