Putting things off until tomorrow makes it harder and takes more effort.

Hey, have you started looking forward to 2025?

Here are three things you can try in the next three months and be ready to make an impact in 2025:

#READ whatever you like for at least 20 minutes a day, but fix a time for it and don't miss it. Pick up anything you like - it doesn't matter how many pages you read, what matters is how much time you stick to the book. The numbers will fall into place.

*P.S. - I will be sharing one #booksummary on daily basis for next 81 days, pick up the book if you like it.

#Exercise: Pick one exercise you are comfortable with and spend 20 minutes a day on it, regularly, at one particular time, whether morning or evening. Doesn't matter what muscle it builds, what matters is building a #habit of #stayingfit.

#Proactive : Be impatiently Proactive, don't get trapped in being #perfect, pick one area of #improvement where you need to master and put your best into it from today. Spend at least 20 minutes a day at a particular time and try to do 1% better than yesterday.

That's all!

Put together, if you spend 1 hour a day on these three things, which is actually 1% of your total awake time per day, for the next 81 days, you will witness your life transform in 2025 at a different level.

Hello, if you're watching this, you must feel happy - you've got another day to live your life!

But, as it's Monday today, I've heard most FM and Radio stations treat it as a hard day in our lives, that's not right!

The only hard day is the day we die.

We must understand that we're mortal and time is ticking away. So, there's no time for frustration, depression, or any such unwanted thoughts in this life. And that's possible only when you give your mind a little space to think about it - that's why I say Monday is to create Mind Space.

Here's a small story to help you understand how a different approach towards what you see can change your life.

Adam and Rosie went camping in the mountains. At night, Rosie woke up Adam and asked him, "What do you see?" Adam said, "I see a clear sky and stars, lots of stars." Rosie asked, "What does that mean to you?" Adam said, "Another nice, sunny day tomorrow." Rosie said, "To me, it means our tent has gone."

So, my dear friends, life is just the way you look at it.

You can be at ease in any situation when you give little space to your mind for fresh thoughts and innovative ideas to tackle every problem.

The #Barrier Within: A Story of Overcoming #SelfDoubt !

Hi, as it's Sunday today, let's come out of our #setbacks and start anew!

Let's dive into a tale of how setbacks can make us easily #giveup.

Once, a scientist put a shark in a tank with bait fish. The shark quickly attacked and ate the fish.

But then, the scientist added a clear partition in the tank, separating the shark from new fish. The shark tried to attack again, but it hit the divider and bounced off.

Yet, the shark kept trying, but eventually gave up and stopped attacking. Even when the scientist removed the partition, the shark didn't attack anymore, having learned to believe a barrier existed between it and the bait fish!

My dear friends, like the shark in this story, many of us give up and stop trying after experiencing setbacks and #failures.

We often forget to reflect on our actions and realize that the barriers we see are often in our own minds.

So this Sunday, take a step back, identify the barriers holding you back, and remind yourself they are not real.

Start again, and this time, don't stop!

As Swami #Vivekananda said, "Don't stop, run until you #achieve."

So, Gear up and push forward towards your goals.

Have you ever felt like you're not good enough?

Well, let me tell you a secret: it's all about mindset and you can break it.

Take the little bumblebee, for example.

According to #aerodynamics, it shouldn't be able to fly because its body weight is too high compared to its wingspan. But does it stop her to fly ? No!

The bumblebee's wings beat at an incredible 200 times per second. That's faster than a hummingbird!

What's amazing here is Unlike airplanes and birds, which use their wings to produce lift, the bumblebee uses tiny movements and vibrations to create air vortexes around its wings. It's like a tiny helicopter! These vortexes create a swirling motion that generates lift, allowing the bumblebee to fly.

It's an entirely different mechanism than any other flying creature or machine.

You see, we all have our own unique #capabilities and #strengths.

I know, from childhood, we're conditioned to believe that we need to be better than others.

But the fact is, those who are committed to their goals compete to improve, not just to win.

Think about it: when you focus on beating others, you're constantly comparing and stressing. But when you focus on improving yourself, you're in control and empowered.

Take Michael Phelps, the most decorated Olympian of all time. He said, "I want to be the best version of myself, and if that means winning gold, then that's what I'll do." His hard work paid off in 2008 when he won an unprecedented 8 gold medals in a single Olympics.

As James Clear says in his book Atomic Habits, "If you get 1% better each day for one year, you'll end up being 37 times better by the time you're done."

So, ditch the comparison game and focus on your own progress.
