Have you ever been forced to do the hand bag smuggle? Are you a loo roll wrapper, a flusher or a binner?

Martha Silcott, is the founder of FabLittleBag and she’s on a mission to convert flushers into binners. FabLittleBag is a patented disposal bag for tampons, pads and condoms that opens with one hand. FabLittleBag is dedicated to educating women and girls worldwide about the importance of properly disposing of period products, encouraging them to bin these items instead of flushing them down toilets. Their mission is to prevent clogged pipes, reduce river litter, and protect our oceans from pollution.

We talked about the power of naivety, of what it feels like to be the only woman in the room, the power of using humour to communicate new ideas. She shared her story of turning rejection into frustration and eventually getting her patent after seven years of waiting.
