Are you free? What does freedom even mean?  It's easy to think we are free when in reality we aren't. Maybe you think that because you are not locked up in a jail cell it means that you're free but what if that jail was not physical? What if that jail was emotional or was a relationship? What if it was your regular day to day habits or your physical condition? What if it was the opinion of other people? When we dig deeper we realize it's a legit question that we should all ask ourselves. Moreover it's a great topic to discuss on this new episode of the UPGRADE TALK.

Did anyone close to you ever hurt you? have you ever felt betrayed and asked yourself why would that person or those people do that to you? Is it hard for you to forgive and let go? Maybe you still feel the resentment, the pain and even the anger inside of you. I understand how you feel because I've been there. On this new episode I'm getting really personal and I talk about two situations where people that held really value in my eyes hurt me and how I've been able to let go and forgive.
