Upland Down Under

In this episode, I was joined by Beulemann, one of the most engaged and approachable blockchain reading and translating wizards in the Upland Metaverse community since beginning his journey in early November 2021. Beulemann has been working away in code for many community projects for years, such as the UCC and the URL, and he has also gone on to build his own Layer 2 and community support platforms, bebattle.net and myupland.info. We talked about that journey, of course, as well as discussing some of the contemporary Upland events that were announced since we last spoke on the Upland Down Under Podcast the night prior. Beulemann also went through a couple of the many Upland community-submitted questions that came through when I announced this interview, and as part of that, we gave away some epic prizes. And don’t worry, if your question wasn’t covered, rest assured that he’s going to follow up on all that in the MVA server. I always have a fantastic time talking to Beulemann, and tonight was an excellent example of that. I hope you enjoy our chat. After all, if, like Beulemann, you’re willing to block out the noise and keep your eyes on the chain, then you might also find yourself gaining incredibly valuable insights into 'The Metaverse and Beyond!'.

On tonight's show, we catch up on the Upland market floors, we had the Bermuda collection reveal, boost your way to victory with speedway racing power-ups, Uncle Miles wants your participation in the activity feed, and Guntech tournaments begin in Upland. The main topic for tonight's show is QIPS! It’s been a fairly slow official news and events week in Upland, so as you might have seen, I put out a recent call for more 'Questions, Insights, Provocations, and Statements'. And, of course, we'll take a look at another Upland community member spotlight, care of the Dynamic Node Builders team. Tonight we also gave away 140,000UPX and 2 map assets, which takes the 2024 giveaway tally to 1,085,000 UPX and 57 map assets. All that and more on this, the Upland Down Under Podcast!

On tonight's show, we catch up on the Upland market floors, Upland features in a new ‘Unifying the Metaverse’ article, and the Genesis node Midtown Terrace finally gets cratefied. The main topic for tonight's show is ‘Trying to collate, review and reflect on the fuzzy details in the Genesis Week Hangover’. It looked like everyone attending had an awesome time which is great, however for the overwhelming majority of Uplanders who couldn’t attend, the coverage of events was and remains a pretty woeful headache. We've got QIPS on The Sandbox Metaverse, the Etherum bridge, and the newly released activity feed. And, of course, we'll take a look at another Upland community member spotlight, care of the Dynamic Node Builders team. Tonight we also gave away 50,000 UPX, and a final killer 3-piece graveyard map asset set from show sponsor Laban and his metaventure Graveyard Goods. We’ll also got a slightly expanded format for the Live Participants Wheel, Tonght’s show will take the 2024 giveaway tally to 945,000UPX and 55 Map assets. All that and more on this, the Upland Down Under Podcast!

On tonight's show, we catch up on the Upland market floors, review and reflect on 'Leaderboard-Gate', and discuss the official partnership between The Sandbox Metaverse and Upland. The main topic for tonight's show is ‘Upland rolling the dice with the Genesis Week city release being a full expansion of Bermuda’. Is this an epic move worthy of the Genesis Week hype, or one that’s lacking in imagination and planning? Or just maybe there’s a whole lot more to the story that hasn’t yet been revealed! We've got QIPS on watering your plants, AI in the metaverse, and a bit of a bipolar deluge from someone you know. And, of course, we'll take a look at another Upland community member spotlight, care of the Dynamic Node Builders team. Tonight we'll also give away a whopping 115,000 UPX, 2 map assets from the Dynamic Node Builders, and a killer 3-piece graveyard map asset set from show sponsor Laban and his metaventure Graveyard Goods. We’ll also debut a hastily put together new format for the Live Participants Wheel, which will see one of our community members winning either 10,000 UPX or a Mystery Map asset. That takes the 2024 giveaway tally to at least 895,000UPX and 52 Map assets. All that and more on this, the Upland Down Under Podcast!

In this episode, I was joined by Davidaozaeta, one of the hardest-working WEB3 Community Managers in the Upland Metaverse. DZ is the mastermind behind the push to make the Lake Waukomis neighbourhood the Layer 2 development shop hub of Kansas City. In doing so, and with the support of the tight-knit Lake Waukomis Discord community, DZ and the team are setting a great example for others in the space. DZ has been heavily engaged in the Upland Metaverse since February 2021 and has experienced all of the highs and lows since then. We talked about that journey, of course, as well as discussing some of the many contemporary events being announced in the lead-up to Genesis Week, and many of the plans currently underway at Lake Waukomis. I had a great time discussing all of that and more with DZ today, and I hope you enjoy our chat. If you’re willing to get busy like Davidaozaeta and create, not wait for opportunities in WEB3, then you might also find yourself swimming in the beautiful waters of 'The Metaverse and Beyond!'.

On tonight's show, we catch up on the Upland market floors, we’ll review and reflect on the release of the starter city Slough and the introduction of general aviation airports via the new prime bundles. We’ll take a look at the Genesis Season Pass that comes with an interesting bit of extra FOMO Dragon bait, the Upland’s Genesis Season ornament challenge and gamified earnings missions have been announced. The main topic for tonight's show is, Hallelujah! UGC Royalties Are Now Live in Upland! Over a full year since they were first announced and after a flip-flop on whether or not they’d be back paid, NFT royalties have finally arrived in Upland. But don’t go financing a bank loan out on them. All that and more on this, the Upland Down Under Podcast!
