In this episode of Urban Odyssey, we review as a case study, the 2016 academic paper titled: “The Role of Affect in Attitude Formation Towards New Technologies”. This case study reveals the exact blueprint used by policy planners and social engineers to rebrand highly controversial subjects (like chemtrails and weather modification) into sterile, academic terms such as Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI) and Solar Radiation Management (SRM).

By analyzing the mechanics of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and transformational grammar, we expose how the "deep structure" of truth is violently compressed into a misleading "surface structure" for public consumption. 

My goal for this video is for you to learn how to identify the three universal linguistic filters used for manipulation:

• Nominalization: Freezing active verbs into static nouns (e.g., changing "Remote pilots fired missiles" into "A targeted strike occurred") to obscure human agency and accountability.

• Generalization: Using universal quantifiers like "always" or "never" to lock targets into a mental matrix where exceptions cannot be imagined.

• Deletion: Leaving out critical referential indexes, such as the agents or victims involved, forcing the listener to unconsciously fill in the blanks.

We also explore how these papers are written for two entirely different audiences (Layman / No-Tech Background vs. Intended Audience). While the average layman reads a reassuring study about climate science, the intended technocratic audience reads a roadmap for "narrative inoculation"—learning how to suppress public horror (negative affect) and exploit institutional trust to engineer compliance before deploying controversial technologies.

Leuren Moret was an Expert Witness at the International Criminal Tribunal For Afghanistan At Tokyo. She is an independent scientist and international expert on radiation and public health issues. She is on the organizing committee of the World Committee on Radiation Risk, an organization of independent radiation specialists, including members of the Radiation Committee in the EU parliament, the European Committee on Radiation Risk. She is an environmental commissioner for the City of Berkeley. Ms. Moret earned her BS in geology at U.C. Davis in 1968 and her MA in Near Eastern studies from U.C. Berkeley in 1978. She has completed all but her dissertation for a PhD in the geosciences at U.C. Davis. She has traveled and conducted scientific research in 42 countries. She contributed to a scientific report on depleted uranium for the United Nations sub commission investigating the illegality of depleted uranium munitions. Marion Fulk, a former Manhattan Project scientist and retired insider at the Livermore Lab, who is an expert on radioactive fallout and rainout, has trained her on radiation issues.

Leuren Moret has conducted research concerning the impact on the health of the environment and global public health from atmospheric testing, nuclear power plants, and depleted uranium. She has helped collect and measure radiation in 6000 baby teeth from children living around nuclear power plants, and helped The State of Louisiana (USA) pass the first state depleted uranium bill for mandatory testing of soldiers.
Leuren Moret is a Livermore nuclear weapons lab whistleblower, an Environmental Commissioner in the City of Berkeley, and testifies as a depleted uranium expert in the new documentary film BEYOND TREASON.

I’ve mentioned the deceptive language used in human husbandry publications and technical white papers countless times and tonight I have decided to do a full presentation on that topic  to explain to the audience what exactly I mean when I say that, and why I have come to believe that. We’re going to discuss how benign-sounding terms like "trust calibration" and "human-centered design" are actually masking coercive control and behavioral manipulation.

On Friday, 28 October 2011, it was my honor to host Leuren Moret and Christopher Busby as my guests on “The Real Deal”, an internet radio program broadcast on M/W/F from 5-7 PM/CT over revereradio.net.

Leuren Moret is an independent geoscientist who has done expert studies on the Fukushima disaster, radiation problems around the world including depleted uranium.

Dr. Christopher Busby is a visiting biomedical studies professor at the University of Ulster and is the co-author of reports about the effects of depleteed uranium in Iraq especially in relation to Fallujah.

What Busby found much to his surprise was not DU but enriched uranium instead, which supports the inference that new bombs are being used to commit war crimes in Iraq. As though that revelation was not disturbing enough, the first hour was devoted to an explanation of the catastrophic effects of radiation contamination enveloping the world and threatening the survival of our species.

These discussions are not for those who are weak of heart. As the following transcript–enhanced with diagrams and charts that demonstrate how truly horrific are the consequences of global contamination by radiation–explains, those who have been in charge of the fates of our nations appear to have been massively ignorant of their genetic effects and of the consequences of the future successful reproduction of Homo sapiens.

I say with a heavy heart that the situation is more than dire and that we may well have passed the point of no return. For those of us with children and grandchildren, what life they have ahead of them may dwarf any of the catastrophes of the past.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Major William Fox, USA (ret.) In the second part of the “Jesuits Origins in Babylon” interview, host Alfred Lambremont Webre (ExopoliticsTV on YouTube) and Leuren Moret continue their discussion of the covert operations of the Jesuits, starting with a look at their secret "diabolical oath" and their historical transition from the Knights Templar.
