私は日本で約10年間、不動産業界に携わってきました。現在は会社員として働きながら、小説を書き、関西エリアの情報発信をし、中国や台湾の方々の日本移住や不動産投資をサポートしています。
2024年には家族でカナダ・モントリオールへ移住し、1年間海外生活を経験しました。その中で、自分の英語力と向き合い、36歳から本気で学び直すことを決意しました。
完璧ではなくても、使わなければ伸びない。
だからこの番組では、英語でも発信します。
これから台湾と関西をつなぐ挑戦も始まります。
これはその第一歩です。

我在日本不動產業界工作了約10年，目前一邊全職工作，一邊寫小說，同時分享關西生活資訊，並協助來自中國與台灣、對日本移居或投資有興趣的人。
2024年夏天，我與家人搬到加拿大蒙特婁生活了一年。這段海外經歷讓我重新面對自己的英文實力，也讓36歲的我決定重新認真學習語言。
不完美沒關係，但不用就不會進步。
因此，我決定用英文開始這個節目。
接下來，我也希望能連結台灣與關西。
這只是開始。

This podcast is about real estate in Kansai, living abroad, and the journey of language learning.
I have worked in the Japanese real estate industry for about 10 years. While working full-time, I also write novels, share information about the Kansai area, and support people from China and Taiwan who are interested in living or investing in Japan.
In the summer of 2024, my family and I moved to Montreal, Canada, where we lived for about a year. That experience forced me to confront my English ability and, at 36 years old, I decided to seriously start learning again.
It doesn’t have to be perfect.
If you don’t use it, you won’t improve.
That’s why I’m starting this podcast in English.
My next dream is to connect Taiwan and Kansai through real estate.
This is just the beginning.
