Straight answer is: very rarely. Unless there's a special situation that pops up for you, the US Immigration system simply doesn't allow undocumented persons to obtain authorized working status.

In this video, I answer the question(s): What is a G-28 Form? 🤔

When submitting forms to the USCIS, you may have to also submit Form G-28, or "Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Accredited Representative."

Essentially, this form tells the Government that somebody other than yourself is representing you in your case, and that this Attorney or Accredited Representative should also have the authority to access information and communicate with the Government about your case.
