As the Petitioner, you have to show USCIS that you are capable of covering your spouse's expenses while residing in the US. Your source of income should therefore be steady and consistent.

But what if your income mainly comes from worker compensation? Will the chances of USCIS denying your case increase or decrease? Will your source of income matter, even?
