US Seizes Russian Oil Tanker

As today's show begins, we've just received word that the US has seized a Russian-flagged oil tanker linked to Venezuela in the North Atlantic. This comes on the heels of a second ship seized in a pre-dawn operation in the Caribbean. 

Also on today's show: Three Minnesota lawmakers are on Capitol Hill to address allegations of fraud and misuse of federal funds in the state.
