Today my focus will be on a hearing that was conducted by the Indiana State Senate on Immigration. I was one of the witnesses at that hearing.  You will be surprised at some of the information I learned from the Senators who attended the hearing.

Because of the policies of this administration, the states are left to try to fill the void where immigration law enforcement is concerned. Of course this is an untenable situation.

We will also consider my latest article for FrontPage Magazine, “The Three Most Important Issues For 2016: Immigration, Immigration, Immigration- America's most underrated -- and consequential -- challenge.”

Today my friend Don Rosenberg will be joining me to discuss “Sanctuary Cities” and the proposed massive amnesty program for unknown millions of illegal aliens who are present in the United States.

Don lost his son Drew to an unlicensed illegal alien several years ago. Drew in San Francisco and driving home from law school on his motorcycle when he was struck by an alien who should not have been present in the United States. The circumstances surrounding the accident are gruesome and heart-breaking.

The outrage is that today all too many politicians are more concerned with shielding foreign nationals who are illegally present in the United States from our laws than they are with shielding Americans from criminal aliens and terrorists.

We will take a hard look at the Presidential campaign and what Americans must demand from their supposed, elected “representatives.”

The Obama administration has released more federal “non-violent” narcotics felons, is now providing Temporary Protected Status to illegal aliens from Syria and apparently, paid a  $400 million  ransom to Iran. Hillary Clinton continues to change her version of the “truth” every time she is asked a question! She claims would be the “agent of change” yet she is inextricably linked to the current administration, apparently believing she can be in two different places simultaneously

On August 2nd Californians for Population Stabilization (CAPS) posted my article, “Hillary Clinton’s Immigration Goals Would Irrevocably Undermine National Security.”

On August 5th Frontpage Magazine published my article: “A Much-Abused U.S. Immigration Program-How Obama’s “compassion” includes letting in illegal aliens from Syria.”

The DNC nominated Hillary Clinton as the Democratic Party's candidate for the Presidency and her “side-kick” Tim Kaine for the Vice Presidency.

I will share some thoughts about what they had to say, especially their promises to get Americans working and protect our nation while eradicating our borders and providing citizenship to unknown millions of illegal aliens.

The RNC nominated Donald Trump as the Republican candidate for the Presidency. His acceptance speech focused much attention on what has become his signature issue- IMMIGRATION.

This evening I will share some thoughts about what he had to say and how many journalists and Trump's opponents are trying to spin his speech and his position on this most critical element of nearly every challenge and threat we face today.

Yesterday, Bastille Day, the sea-side glamorous city of Nice, France fell victim to a 31 year old Tunisian-born terrorist by the name of Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel. His weapon of mass death and destruction, an ordinary truck he rented. At present the death toll stands at 84 but may go higher considering the severity of the injuries suffered by the victims who remain hospitalized. We will consider what this means for America and Americans.

The "War on Terror" is certainly not over- yet the administration fails to do what is vital for national security and public safety.  Immigration is a key factor in this existential battle, yet few politicians or journalists refuse to accept this basic fact.

Americans are most concerned about the economy and the threat of terrorism. Immigration is the key issue for both of these concerns.

On June 27th FrontPage Magazine published my article, “Terror Investigation Obstructer Nominated for Secretary's Award for Valor- DHS manager gets honored for thwarting the San Bernardino investigation.”Supposedly the primary mission of our government is to insure the safety and security of its citizens. Clearly this outrageous situation runs contrary to logic, reason and commonsense.

On June 27th Californians for Population Stabilization posted my commentary, “Multiple Immigration System Failures Undermine National Security.”

On June 30th FrontPage Magazine posted my column, “Loretta Lynch's Private Meeting With Bill Clinton Prior to Release of Benghazi Report.” I willI will share my thought abouts this egregious situation based on my perspecitves acquiring during my 30 year career as a federal officer.

Finally, our nation must adhere to the 9/11 commission recommendations, the terror attack in Turkey and today, in Pakistan. underscores this point.

Immigration is a factor in the threats and challenges America and Americans face today yet many in the news media refuse to provide honest and objective facts to their audiences.

On June 22nd FrontPage Magazine published my article, “America the Vulnerable

How Obama's immigration anarchy facilitates the entry and embedding of terrorists.” Supposedly the primary mission of our government is to insure the safety and security of its citizens. Clearly this is not the mission the administration seeks to achieve. We will consider the consequences of this lunacy.

We will also consider the findings of the Supreme Court and Obama's use of what "Prosecutorial Discretion" or as  I have come to refer to it: “Prosecutorial Deception” through the DACA and DAPA programs.

Additionally, there is an unbelievable follow-up to the case involving the USCIS manager, Irene Martin who blocked 5 ICE agents from entering her office in San Bernardino the day after the terror attacks to question the alleged supplier of weapons to the two terrorists.  You won't believe how the administration has “dealt” with her!

Immigration is a factor in the threats and challenges America and Americans face today yet many in the news media refuse to provide honest and objective facts to their audiences.

On June 13th FrontPage Magazine published my article, “GAO Revelations: Our Open Door For Terrorists- The deadly failures of the visa waiver program” and, on the same day CAPS (Californians for Population Statibilization posted my article, “There is a World of Difference between Illegal Aliens and Lawful Immigrants.”

This past week a couple of Congressional hearings including a Senate Intelligence hearing at which the Director of the CIA revealed disturbing information about the threats the next administration will have to address. Once again, immigration is the key issue.

The primary mission of our government is to insure the safety and security of its citizens. We will consider the consequences of the failurs of our immigrayion system.

There is nothing “compassionate” about leaving our borders unsecured and not enforcing our immigration laws from within the interior of the United States. Our borders and immigration laws are our first and last defense against transnational criminals and international terrorists.
