As important an issue the immigration crisis is, many in the news media refuse to provide honest and objective facts to their audiences.

On June 7th FrontPage Magazine published my article, “Obama's Victims: Released Criminal Illegals Commit Rape, Murder, Molestation- The astronomical re-offense rate of the predators the president sets loose in our communities.” My article was predicated on a Boston Globe article that chronicled the 5 year journey the newspaper embarked on to get DHS to finally release data concerning criminal aliens- aliens who had been convicted of committing serious crimes. They filed FOIA (Freedom Of Information Act) petitions and found that “freedom of information” was a myth. In fact, the reporters found that they had not been given all of the facts or stats.

Supposedly the primary mission of our government is to insure the safety and security of its citizens. Clearly this is not the mission the administration seeks to achieve. We will consider the consequences of this lunacy.

There is nothing “compassionate” about leaving our borders unsecured and not enforcing our immigration laws from within the interior of the United States. Our borders and immigration laws are our first and last defense against transnational criminals and international terrorists.

Also, this past week I was a guest on Newsmax-TV's show, DML Unfiltered. Immigration is a factor in the threats and challenges America and Americans face today. While so much attention has been devoted to the issue of securing the US/Mexican border- a border that must be made secure, there are many other components to the immigration system that must be effectively addressed. This evening we will take a hard look at visa fraud and immigration benefit fraud.

The Spring 2016 Edition of The Social Contract was just posted and includes my article, “Immigration and the Art of the Question - Effective questions that must be asked of our politicians.” Tonight we will consider how We the People can ask the questions that nail down the positions of our politicians- especially where immigration is concerned. Also, this past week the Glazov Gang posted a video of my interview on the topic, “Memorial Day and Celebrating the First Amendment.”

While so much attention has been devoted to the issue of securing the US/Mexican border- a border that must be made secure, there are many other components to the immigration system that must be effectively addressed.

The loss of Egyptair Flight 804 as it approached Egypt yesterday has, once again pushed the threat of terrorism to the forefront of news reports. While there is no official explanation of what caused the Airbus 320 to plummet out of the sky from 37,000 feet, speculation points to the likelihood of terrorism.

Meanwhile today, Frontpage Magazine published my article, “John Kerry: Enthusiastic Proponent of a 'Borderless World'-How the Secretary of State's globalist agenda renders him unfit for his job.” As I noted in my article, the State Dept. has serious border security responsibilities yet Kerry, who heads up that agency insists that it is impossible to build walls (secure our borders) and unwise to even attempt. You have to wonder if Kerry ever read the 9/11 Commission Report.

Immigration is a major component of the threats and challenges America and Americans face today. Pollsters claim that while the majority of Americans are concerned about unemployment and the threat ot terrorism- they igore the way that failures of the immigration system enable criminals and terrorists to enter the United States and embed themselves.  They ignore that each week more foreign workers enter the United States than the new jobs that are created.

On May 6, 2016 Time Magazine published Secretary of State John Kerry's commencement address that he delivered at Northeastern University under the title, “Read John Kerry’s Northeastern University Commencement Address.” What was ignored in the article and by most who reported on his statement was that as Secretary of State his agency is responsible for issuing tens of millions of visas and establishing policies for refugees seeking entry. Incredibly he told the graduates and their families, “You’re about to graduate into a complex and borderless world.” We will consider what Kerry's statement means for America and Americans.

On April 19, 2016 the House Subcommittee on Immigration and Border Security conducted a hearing on the topic, “The Real Victims of a Reckless and Lawless Immigration Policy: Families and Survivors Speak Out on the Real Cost of This Administration’s Policies.” That hearing served as the predication for two of my most recent articles.

On April 25th FrontPage Magazine published my article, “President Obama: Accessory to the Crimes Committed By Illegal Aliens?- The grim findings unveiled by a House congressional hearing.”

Today, April 29 Californians for Population (CAPS) posted my article, “The Real Cost of the Administration’s Reckless, Lawless Immigration Policies.”

There is nothing “compassionate” about not securing our borders and not enforcing our immigration laws from within the interior of the United States. Our borders and immigration laws are our first and last defense against our adversaries including transnational criminals and international terrorists.

On April 18, 2016 the US Supreme Court heard arguments pertaining to the lawsuit filed by multiple states over the Obama administration's DAPA program- implemented on a whim by executive order.

On April 19, 2016 the House Subcommittee on Immigration and Border Security conducted a hearing on the topic, “The Real Victims of a Reckless and Lawless Immigration Policy: Families and Survivors Speak Out on the Real Cost of This Administration’s Policies.” I urge you to watch the entire video of that important hearing. Tonight we will consider some of the astonishing facts revealed at that hearing and also consider the Obama administration's contempt for our immigration laws and, consequently the lives and well-being of Americans.

On April 19, 2016 FrontPage Magazine posted my article, “Immigration Failure --By Design: Doing the bidding of the Open Borders anarchists.”

Our immigration laws are fundamental and eminently fair.  Those laws make no distinction about race, religion or ethnicity and were originally enacted to protect innocent lives and the jobs of Americans.

Today is a day we must never forget- it is the 3rd anniversary of the terror attack at the Boston Marathon by the Tsarnaev brothers. They and their family had been granted political asylum years earlier and ultimately became resident aliens. The younger brother, Dzhokhar Anzorovich "Jahar” Tsarnaev, now sits on death row, having been sentenced to death for his role in the terror attack. He was, in a macabre coincidence, naturalized on September 11, 2012.

Continuing my focus on immigration- On April 1, 2016 I was a guest on Newsmax-TV's “The Steve Malzberg Show” to discuss how we can prevent terror attacks by radical Islamists such as were recently carried out in Paris and Brussels. A video of my interview was posted under the title, Michael Cutler: Let's Enforce Our Immigration Laws and 'Create Deterrence.’

On April 5th FrontPage Magazine published my article, “America Now Has an Official Language: Newspeak: The Library of Congress falls victim to semantic tyranny.” My article dealt with the way that the term “Alien” is being expunged from the vernacular- not out of a desire to be Politically Correct but as a way of obfuscating the truth.  Our immigration laws were enacted to protect national security, innocent lives and the jobs of American workers.  Nevertheless leaders of both parties are determined to hobble efforts to enforce these critically important laws- America and Americans are paying the price- all too often- the "ultimate price!"
