Elon Musk has been the most visible member of President Donald Trump's administration during Trump's first ten weeks back in the White House. New polls shows that  familiarity can cause contempt, as recent polling shows the DOGE point man is underwater with approval ratings.

Judge James Boasberg is back in the news this time he is  poised to hold Trump administration officials in contempt. Are we headed to a constitutional crisis with this activist judge?

A 21 year-old University of South Carolina student  was killed in a hit-and-run crash involving an illegal immigrant according to the Department of Homeland Security.

Last week we saw a group of SC Legislators hold a news conference to announce a new proposal to reduce income taxes in SC. It all sounded good at the time, but since then a legislative report shows that a lot of lower income people may have to start paying taxes….this is not exactly the outcome expected.  Matt Wills with the Greenville Chamber joins us to give us the latest.
