In this episode, Josh wanted to talk about if social media should be regulated by the government to stop the spread of fake news. To make it a little more interesting Paul decided to argue for government regulation with Josh and Aaron taking the opposing view.

We continue with our discussion on mental health this month and Paul brings up the topic of what the church has done right and not so right in helping those with mental health. We find out through the conversation that Paul and Aaron disagree on a few things regarding mental health - but we can agree to disagree on a few things and not let it dampen our friendship.

May is mental health month. The guys talk about Paul's own journey through mental health from his depression, his inpatient stint at a Psychiatric Hospital, his change from before to after treatment, and what lessons they learned through this including how Josh used to think that sometimes people with depression just needed to "Suck it up buttercup" and over the past year has learned that isn't the case.

All three of the guys are on trips this week - either for work (Paul) for fun (Josh) or for personal introspection/fun (Aaron) so we decided to talk about some of our favorite trips with each other - the funny and the cringy. We also learned why Aaron was so intent on watching a basketball game in Florida one evening.

We hear all the time that peace is important. Above all things, people appear to want to strive towards peace - but in reality and in our everyday lives - peace sometimes seems to be the last thing on our minds. How does peace tie into forgiveness? How do we forgive and initiate peace with someone when we may no longer be able to communicate with them? How do approach someone we have harmed? While we may not have all the answers we have some thoughts on all of this.

The label millennial has a lot of stereotypes associated with it. Some of these, like all stereotypes, are true but not everything is as simple as it seems. We look into and talk about some of these things, and Josh and Aaron being millennials themselves have some insight into all of this from personal experience as well.
