This week we sat down and spoke with Pastor David Sincock of Fellowship Baptist Church and talked about how to love people, including those people that we disagree with? What does it look like in day to day interaction? We also learn what type of slide makes Pastor Dave's grandchild giggle with joy.

This week was a pre-recorded episode as we were up at camp during the normal recording time. We look back on some of our fondest memories of camp/retreats in the past. Paul also shares a dream that he had where Aaron destroyed the word in the most Aaron way possible. We also learn some more background on Paul and Aaron's friendship and why they love to troll each other so much.

The church historically has not been very good with how they interact with people who are "not up to their standards", this includes people from the LGBTQIA+ community. We talk in this episode about how people from the church should lovingly interact with people who are in this community - with the realization that in the past we have failed. We go through some scenarios to hear how two guys from the younger generation (22-25) react with each of the scenarios.

Video games have been a point of contention for a while. They have been blamed for everything from shootings to aggression in teens in school, and anti-social behavior. We have been told in the news media all the time that this is the case - and every time there is another tragedy involving a gun we almost always hear about what type of video games the shooter played and how video games lead to this. That being said - what does the science say? We talk about all of this and more.

We all "know" that American's are obsessed with purchasing items - but how bad is it really? Is minimalism the answer? Is appreciation the answer? Something else? Why do we feel the need to purchase that next item - and does it impact our overall health as well? We don't get to the specific answers (because this is different for everyone) but we talk about how this impacts us in general. Take a listen and let us know!

We talk about the very concept about what is music, should we self limit the music we listen to (and why?) as well as what we listened to during our early teen years. We all also learned what Cookie Monster Vocals are as well and Paul sings a Klingon love song.

We have a conversation about swearing, cussing and when/if it has a place in our everyday lives/conversations. We also go back to the basics and talk about just what is language with Josh and Aaron getting minor headaches in the process. Josh also discovered that he can make noise by rocking back and forth in his chair and provides a nice ambient squeak through most of the recording something that is not endorsed by Paul or Aaron.

In this episode, we talk about how technology is now the god in our current generation. We also get dragged around on multiple tangents by Josh along the way as well as listen to a brand new worship song written just for this generation.

In this episode, we surprise Aaron with something that he suggested last week and promptly forgot about. After that, we dive into a conversation about darkness/evil. This is not an all-encompassing conversation and can be considered surface level in many ways.
