They asked Andy and Stephanie: “How do I help them self-reflect a little better and to take ownership of things rather than blame it on something or someone else?” Get ready for some serious discussion on how clear is kind. We will also cover the basics of how people are motivated when it comes to accountability. Ultimately, Andy and Stephanie agree that you can’t fix anyone, they have to fix themselves.
