Nehemiah was one of the best leaders and unifiers in history. He was able to take a vision, bring thousands of people together, and get them to work together toward a common goal to turn a dream into a reality.

Tonight Pastor Justin showed us how Nehemiah was able to do that, and shared with us his own heart and the ideas and dreams he has for Valley View Baptist Church. Are you a new member at our church? Maybe you've been here for years. Either way, regardless of your position within our church, Pastor Justin has a dream and a plan. Are you willing to take up a spot on the wall and do some work for God's Kingdom?

As Jesus entered further and further into the Garden of Gethsemane his followers dwindled in number until He was all alone, deeply in prayer with the Father. At the hardest moment in His life, the Bible says that He went a little farther into the Garden. But, reality is, that Jesus went a little farther in all aspects of His life.

Are you looking for God's Will in your own life? Go a little farther and He'll show you. Are you facing a decision and need guidance? Go a little farther and He will guide you. Are you at a stagnant place in your spiritual life, in a rut and going through the motions? Go a little farther, and He will renew your spirit.

But, be warned; going a little farther isn't always easy, but it is most definitely worth it!

It may not be Independence Day, or Memorial Day, but we shouldn't need a Patriotic holiday in order to celebrate America! Tonight Pastor Justin shows us what Passionate Patriotism is like. In a message that is part history lesson and part sermon, we take a look at the founding of our great county and the men who did so.

Spiritually speaking, America is in a dark place, and becoming darker by the day. There is soon coming a day where Christians may very well be a minority, persecuted for their beliefs. The vocal minority is becoming the majority. Christian morals and values are being trampled on more and more each day. As a country, we have spit in the face of God, shook our fists at Heaven, and turned our backs on the Father. It is very possible that parents today may have to teach their children to stand up for the Word of God and His values, risking persecution and imprisonment.

We have many reasons to love America. But Pastor Justin shows us three reasons why we can still love the USA.
