Vanakkam Makkale! Welcome to our 9th Episode! This time invited Methuja Thavarasa to talk about the discussion culture between generations. Methuja Thavarasa is a Debate Trainer living in Germany.

(English below) வணக்கம் மக்களே! இந்த எப்பிசோடில் நாங்கள் ஏன் கருப்பின மக்களுக்கு நடக்கும் அநியாயங்களைப்பற்றி கதைக்கவேண்டும் மற்றும் எப்படி அதைப்பற்றி கதைப்பது என்பதை கூறுகின்றோம்! இதை கேட்டு நீங்கள் உங்கள் அறிவை வளர்த்துக்கொள்ளலாம்! In this episode we are doing some inner-community work on why we should talk about black lives matter and how we should talk about it. There is a lot of vocabulary going around with tamil-terminology to educate about black lives matter. We figured that many of you might not be as fluent in tamil to use these words, so we tried to incorporate the essential points in this episode. Therefore our parents and other non-english speaking Tamils can listen and educate themselves.

This episode is a bit different. We wanted to commemorate our fallen siblings in the mullivaikal genocide and therefore left out solvathellam unmai. Nonetheless we are talking about a very important topic: mental health of people affected by war. We also talk about the different ழ, ள and ல and how are going to reform the teaching on that.
