An early JCVD movie post-Bloodsport thats not too bad. It has some JCVD tropes, a legit, competent bad guy, and some pretty good action scenes. Only problem...This movie doesn't explain not a damn thing about its setting. You're left with a movie that literally has a meandering plot.
