This ambience was inspired by chilling tales from Thai ghost stories. It tells the eerie legend of a female spirit wanders endlessly searching for her lost baby.

Her voice floats through the air singing a soft lullaby, whispering and calling out for help… but no one ever comes.

Throughout the ambience, you’ll hear the haunting notes of "Mon-Rong-Hai", an old Thai funeral song played with traditional instruments. Its sorrow seeps into the air like the grief of the dead, lingering long after the final่ note fades.

Far in the distance, dogs begin to howl.

In Thai belief, when dogs howl at night it means they’re seeing ghosts.

In this world, that belief becomes terrifyingly real.

SOUND LIST:

🦉 Eerie nighttime atmosphere – distant howling dogs, hooting owls, chirping insects, gecko calls, creaking trees, falling leaves, and the chilling whisper of the wind

🎵 Haunting traditional Thai instruments – occasional fragments of Mon-Rong-Hai, a ghostly funeral melody.

👻 Female ghost – crying, whispering, and singing a sorrowful lullaby in the dark.

🧺 Old cradle swaying – the creak of wood moving gently as if rocked by unseen hands.

🙉 Unsettling textures – dragging sounds, digging and footsteps on dry, crunchy grass

🪙 Subtle echoes – a small bell ringing in the distance and the faint clinking of coins left behind.

Put on your headphones, close your eyes… and step into the shadows of a haunted Thai graveyard.

Not all spirits rest in peace.
