Vanished in the Valley

In this weeks episode, Athena profiles the mysterious vanishing of Brandon Swanson. His case meets several of the Missing411 case criteria so I thought we should talk about him this week.

In this episode Athena talks about Joseph DeAngelo AKA the Golden State Killer and the book I'll Be Gone in the Dark: One Woman's Obsessive Search for the Golden State Killer, written by Michelle McNamara. Athena tells a personal connection to the GSK and there may be a censorship/instaship rant. I give a shout out to National Concealed Carry Association and their amazing stock of top shelf knives at some of the best prices I've ever seen. And no, I didn't get paid to say that, I actually believe it.

In this bonus episode brought to you by Aaron K. Athena goes on a nearly 15 min rant about censorship and Instagram. In case any of the VitV IG account followers were wondering, they finally purged Vanished's account on 11/11/20. After Athena vents her frustrations she finally gets into the timeline of Israel Keyes as he crisscrossed his way through the United States. If you think your loved one may have come into contact with Israel you can contact the FBI @ 1-800-CALL-FBI

This is the first part of a two part series on Israel Keyes. Athena takes info from books, FBI interview tapes and various documentaries to tell you the blood chilling story of another American monster. The first part of the series will get you aquainted with Israel and some of his earlier crimes. The second part, which was produced by Aaron K, will try to break down a time line so that if you have a loved one that is missing, you can determine if this monster was in your area around the same time your loved one went missing.

Of course, we have a very brief side rant on the True Crime Karens that attacked Shan'ann Watts during the few days she was missing and a JOKE about maybe slapping their punk faces.
