Vanished in the Valley

Thomas Thurston had visited this area on Cow Mountain at the Mayacamas campground several times a week for years. That's partly what makes his disappearance so mystifying. The several dozen searchers found no trace of him the next day when they were deployed in the area. Did Thomas ever even make it to the campground on Cow Mountain? Athena has a couple theories on what could have happened to Tom. Ken tells us about a lead he got on two missing children out of Bakersfield CA and explains the idea behind organ snatchers. The VitV duo also have come up with the very beginnings to a missing person and family bill of rights.

Don't forget the bonus episode that will air on Thursday. Athena will start a mini series on the Emerald Triangle and all the different vanishings in this area.

In this episode, Ken explains his theory on how he thinks thousands of Americans go missing each year. Who are these shadowy groups that many people believe operate within our boarders? Is it really possible for them to some how take almost 250k people a year, all without being discovered?

Athena tries to explain the major players that may be responsible for some of the missing Redding people. It allegedly starts with this unknown racist group, filters through the casinos with the protection of the police and judges. The newest branch on this ever extending tree of suck is the Bethel Church located in Redding.

When you hear the tip of the Bethel ice berg you'll understand.

Ken tells the story of the murder of his first girl friend by a serial killer that hunted the Bay Area back in the 1980's. We also answer some random questions about what pets we have and the serial killer we find most interesting. What serial killer interests you guys the most?
