There can be a lot of requirements and expectations that in the end do not result in a more robust and vibrant faith. Sometimes it is most helpful to simply get back to the basics. Focusing on spending time in prayer, reading the scriptures, confessing our sin, and exercising our faith in serving others will help us engage with the foundations of our faith.
