This podcast consists of an introduction to copyright law based on two of my intellectual property books: Intellectual Property Law: A Practical Guide to Copyrights, Patents, Trademarks and Trade Secrets and Copyright Law: A Practical Guide. 

This podcast is a reading of a little more than half of one of the longer stories in my Echoes of the Mind's Eye: 13 Speculative Fiction Short Stories collection (c) 2021. It is one of my earliest short stories written while I was still a sophomore at Queens College as a young old man of 19. It deals with themes echoed throughout my fiction and poetry from then to now: love, friendship, split loyalties, the interplay with the conscious and subconscious mind, and the interplay between the physical and metaphysical realms. It is still one of my favorites these many years later.
