Topic: India Lights Up The Dark Side Of The Moon On 23rd Aug., 2023. God Lights Up The Dark Side Of The Entire Human Race By Sending Jesus Christ 2000 Years Back.

India lights up the dark side of the moon as Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft entered lunar orbit on 5th August, and the lander touched down in the lunar south pole region on 23rd August 2023 around 6.0 pm sparking celebrations in India. Thus making India the fourth country to successfully land on the Moon, and the first to do so near the lunar south pole. The ISRO Chairman has said, "We have achieved soft landing on the moon, India is on the moon. Communication link was established between the lander and MOX-ISTRAC, mission centre in Bangalore."

Let's read John 8:12;

Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

To walk on the moon did not change my life said Neil Armstrong, American astronaut and aeronautical engineer,

the first person to set foot on the Moon during the Apollo 11 mission in 1969 who is a widely celebrated figure in history.

But his encounter with the Light of the World, Jesus Christ, the mediator and the link to this fallen world subsequently transformed his life. Always first is first. Though he was the first person to set foot on the moon, he was humble enough to share the joy of having the light of the world, Jesus in his life. Walking with Jesus has been more exciting than landing on the moon.

Let us hear his short testimony.

"To walk on the moon did not change my life; to walk with Jesus changed my life.

I walked all over the world. I walked another world without the knowledge of God. That was an exciting adventure. And I will do it again. But it was not on the earth. To walk on the moon lasted three days, but to walk with Jesus lasts forever. Most of you will never be a cosmonaut. It needs much training and dedication. And need to have good qualities. But even little children can walk with Jesus. To walk on the moon did not change my life. To walk with Jesus changed my life."

Topic: Do Our Sins Sabotage God’s Best Plan For Our Lives? Do We Lose God’s Best Plan And His Blessings By Living In Sin?

Rom 6: 23: The wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

God has equipped His children with guidelines from the Bible and with everything that is needed to live victoriously, but many Christians who tasted His love miss out by falling into sinful habits that disconnect them from God's power, His presence, and His divine plans he has for us.

Because sin will kill the plans He has for us. Sin will stop His blessings on us. God desires to stop sin before it stops us from moving forward in His plans.

God had a plan for for Saul to rule the kingdom of Israel and anointed him as the first king of Israel. Because he has not hearkened to His Word and disobeyed Him, God in his clear terms told him, "Because you disobeyed my words the kingdom of Israel is taken away from you."

God's plan in Samson's life was, he was made the Judge of Israel to deliver children of Israel from Philistines and other enemies. Because of his stubborn lustful nature, he became a victim of Philistines and he was destroyed because of his own sins.

Obeying God leads to path of victory, joy, blessings of success and finally to eternal life .

Daniel obeyed God and was trust worthy and God's plan made Him ruler of Babylon next to the king.

Joseph was obedient and faithful and God plans of blessing him and lifted him from being a slave, from a rejected lowly position to the richest and honorable position, the ruler of Egypt, where his own brothers who sold him were forced to bow to him with fear.

Therefore, sins will kill the plans that God has for us and obedience will bless us for His plans to be established in our lives.

Scientists tell us that the average person thinks about 70000 thoughts per day, and approx 70% of those are negative. And therefore we need to come out of the sinful addiction and change the channel and bring every thought into obedience to Christ to unlock His divine plans, His provision, His healing and deliverance from all fears.

Help us Lord to draw nearer and nearer to you to able to see your plans of hope, blessings and providence become true in our lives.

Topic : Walk In The Spirit; And You Will Not Fulfil The Desires Of The Flesh. Gal. 5:16.

Only two things are evident on this earth; Either we are walking in Spirit Or walking in flesh/ carnal worldly life.

If, If we are walking in spirit, the 'fruit of the spirit' will be clearly evident in our lives, which people/ world can see clearly..

Anyone once receives Christ experiences two things in life. The battle between flesh and the spirit starts. The ongoing, I don't say tension, but a battle between living by the Spirit and giving in to carnal, fleshly lustful desires.

It's an ongoing battle till we die or till the rapture takes place.

The first is to die to self and be with God at His destined time for us. The second is to give up the struggle of denying self and give in to the flesh. The second option we all desire to avoid - destruction and eternal damnation of hell fire.

The flesh always encourages us to please people and the world rather than giving prominence to Christ, Salvation and the Redeeming act. The man who walks in the spirit rather than flesh always focuses on Christ's purpose - His love towards mankind, His death on the cross and His resurrection, thereby giving us the redeeming act of salvation.

The one servant of God comes to our mind is the blessed and renowned Evangelist, late Bro. Billy Graham. He led a vast organisation. He might have had his own battles. Anytime and any message of Bro. Billy Graham, you and I can listen, he brings in the divine salvation act. He doesn't waste a minute in his short sweet brief messages, but speaks of salvation, the redemptive act of Christ. That's the reason God blessed his work and keeps adding 1000s and 1000s to the kingdom of God. There is another great man of God whom we know who walked in the spirit and lived a blameless life. You call him to speak for marriage, you call him to speak in an engagement function, in birthday celebration, house dedication, in funeral, his messages too at all times and for all these occasions, he used to bring the message of hope , salvation and invited people to Christ. They never preached for getting favour, power, finance but pure gospel and salvation. That's why God not only blessed them and their work but honoured their work by giving them fruitfulness right here on this planet. God gave special grace, favour, financial blessings and honor to them. They did not go after finances. But they came to them.. Amen. They did not seek favour from any man but they directly received favour from God. Because these great men of God walked in the spirit or living "a spirit led life" crucifying self, praise power and wealth.

Few lines regarding life of one more servant of God, a friend of mine of my era. I humble myself to say, I've learned few gems of "walk with Christ" from him. He is one person irrespective of which group or what occasion he is called to preach, his message purely focuses on salvation and saving souls and extending God's Kingdom. God blessed him too and his ministry. Most of you might be knowing, he is Gorrala Vincent of "WFC" Organisation. For foolish people his messages are boring. For wise and those who are passionate to live for Christ, his messages are blessing.

Topic: What We Keep Looking At Or Keep Focusing At We Become.

They looked unto Him, and were lightened; and their faces were not ashamed. -

Ps. 34: 4.

There is a familiar saying, "What you think, you become."

Similarly, "where you see or what you see or what you keep looking often at - you become."

Samson, the judge of Israel looked at attractive Delilah and destroyed himself and was unable to deliver Israelites.

Judah looked at wealth and money bag, and lost purpose in life and commited suicide.

David looked at Bathsheba and part of his generation was cursed and destroyed.

Simon Peter started looking at the boisterous waves instead of looking to Christ and was sinking.

A True story! There was a young enthusiastic god fearing boy who was going to Sunday School regularly. He enjoyed going to Sunday school. He was actively involved. Loved by everyone.

One day on his request, parents allow him to go to one of his college friend's house for a birthday celebration. There, when he went, all his friends were watching immoral movies. He sat with them. They sang birthday song and cut the cake. Then, they started watching every evil and worldly entertainment through the social media and videos all day.

Suddenly this boy changed his priorities. And started watching all these in his home too. And withing few weeks he was obsessed with all these things. He was behaving differently with parents. Joy was missing. Rank in the class slipped very badly. Enthusiasm to go to Sunday school ebbed out. Do you get godly dreams and visions when life is filled with such unholy things?

Sin Keeps Us Away From Bible And God.

In the next few weeks he started dreaming and kept on shouting in the nights with fear. He was possessed with evil and demonic forces. He became a rebellion at home. He became a failure.

One wrong look towards wicked friends has destroyed his life.

Another real life story which I read recently startled me. It happened in early 1980s. A certain young woman has no brothers nor sisters. Mother died. Her only father was 'all in all' for her. One day she went and saw a movie and came home. Middle of the night she had a dream. And she awoke up and took out a knife and stabbed her only father several times and murdered him.

Police officers on enquiring her as why she did like that. She frankly admitted that she was not aware of what she has done. She regretted and wept bitterly.

The devil makes easy entry into hearts where there is no light. He would first tempt you to associate with wicked friends and the world which finally leads to destruction.

Word of God says, when we look unto the Lord, means when our eyes are focused on the Lord, we will never be ashamed nor put to shame by our acts. And our countenance will be always radiant and bright.

Daniel looked at God and was delivered from lion's trap laid by his enemies.

Here we see David looked at Sovereign God and His power, and destroyed Goliath single-handedly.

Hannah looked at God and produced one of the greatest prophets in Israel, Samuel.

Topic : "Fear Of The Lord Is The Begining Of Wisdom? What Is "Fear Of The Lord" Means To Us?

Fear of the Lord is an attitude of respect, and a response of reverence and wonder.

Straight from God's Word in Ps 8: 13. The fear of the Lord is to hate evil, pride, and arrogance, and the way of evil and perverted speech. Which simply means to hate sin and live in reverence and holiness.

The main Hebrew and Greek words translated fear in the Bible have several shades of meaning, but in the context of the "fear of the Lord," it portrays the same meaning.

The Hebrew verb, 'Yare' can mean, "to fear, to respect, to reverence.

The Greek noun, phobos can mean "reverential fear" of God, not a mere fear, but of His power and righteous retribution.

The early churches throughout Judea, Samaria and Galilee walked in the "fear of the Lord" and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit - means they walked in holiness, with love, with one accord, in unity, respecting each other, and thus church multiplied rapidly and has been much fruitful. This is the need of the hour in the churches to be healthy and fruitful. This is need of the churches as well as families too, to show reverential fear while doing anything, be it preaching, or prayer, or worship or any activity for that matter. ...

A healthy fear of the Lord is a sign which constantly reminds us the fear of consequences of disobedience. The fear of the Lord help us to become more like God and live His divine qualities.

Tomorrow, let us listen to the rich blessings, divine and blessed promises of the Bible which we inherit, when we fear the Lord or when we have the fear of the Lord.

Gracious heavenly father, thank you Lord for reminding us the blessedness, Joy and fruitfulness in our lives, when have the fear of the lord in whatever we do.

More than 75000 fans thronged to watch this epic Final at Sydney footbal Stadium to watch this mega 2023 world cup which began with 32 teams, compared to 24 four years ago.

Today it was the most deserving teams, Spain and England who played the final. Significantly both never reached the final before.

When the match was about to start, both the teams were excited, confident with all happy smiles. Fans of England were in all excitement and in all smiles. So too all the Spainyards....

But then Spain beat the fancied England finally 1-0 in a tense final to win the 2023 FIFA Football trophy for the first time. Briliant and gifted Captain, Olga Carmona scored in the 29th minute for Spain and sealed the match.

When you win there cannot be any trace of dull moment. Is it not?

Once this exciting match concluded and the final whistle was blown, there were only two sets of people in the entire Stadium including the fans. Joy And Disappointment.

Winners, the Spain, and the coaches, team, and all fans of Spain their faces shone with excitement of joy and happiness, tears of joyous moments, players running here and there, jumping and hugging each other has been the sight.

On the other side, England team, their coaches and and all their fans were crestfallen, heartbroken, shocked with the defeat. When the match concluded sorrow, grief and disappointment loomed large on their faces. They have beaten the most fancied teams but now ended their fairy tale. A pale of gloom and sadness descended.

There will be one winner and one loser.

We may also note from this match the joy of the Spainyards will be at the peak for few weeks and that excitement of the first day never stays, it slowly fades away.

Similarly the England team will gradually come out of this disappoint....

Nothing is permanent in life. Success, joy, failure and disillusionment are part of life. Life is like a roller coaster. When, what is in store no one knows. That's life.

There is a good news. There is bad news too! Heaven and hell fire are real.

If we go through, I john 1:9 and st. John 3:16,

Those who have confessed and washed their sins and received Jesus as their Saviour and Lord, and continue to walk in His path without dwelling in sin, their Victory is permanent, their joy is not one year like these sports but permanent and lifetime. Their future and prize and rewards are permanent and a heavenly glorious place with the Lord.

Those who have rejected Christ and are in dwelling in sin will also have permanent place.

Word of God says in

Mark 9:44-49

where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter with one foot than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.

Lord help us to examine and come out of sinful habits and re-consecrate our lives afresh to confess, and repent to turn away from any sinful way and enable us to walk in your light and path to have the greatest reward and everlasting peace, joyful eternal place finding meaning and purpose in life. Amen

Topic : What Situation We Are In Is Not Important But Our Final Destiny Is Most Important.

Isia 43:1.

But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

We are redeemed by His blood, called by our name. And we are His.

Have you ever felt defeated sapped derailed in your walk of life or trapped by the deeds of your past mistakes? Covered with the dust of regret that you cannot seem to shake?

You may be defeated, rejected by people, dejected and disillusioned. The past mistakes and failures are haunting you. Don't dig the past nor mourn for the past.

When you invite Jesus into your heart, He determines that you are no longer called by your past deeds, past mistakes, past burns; you will be called by your destiny. He does not remember the stains of our past deeds; He sees only the promise and potential in us as a new creation in Christ.

He gives us new name, new vision, joy, peace that this world cannot give.

In Acts 3, 1 to 12, the man who was laid at the Beautiful Gate was known as "lame and crippled." Those people who dropped coins in his cup day after day had no idea that he was destined to become a leaping and praising miracle…but God knew. Peter and John raised him to not just to crawl and walk slowly but to jump and leap. That has been his final destiny against all odds. Nothing is impossible in the dictionary of Bible.

As a believer, God has called us by a new name. Let us not struggle no more with our sins but give it all. Our sins have been removed as far as the east is from the west. He no longer remembers them. He has given us a new destiny, a future filled with hope.

Shake off the dust of regret! We will no longer be called by our deeds or past failures; we will be called by the destiny He created for us. Most importantly, He has given you a new name. He calls us. "You are Mine." A destiny where no uncertainty in life, no pain nor suffering nor heart breaks.

Father thank you lord for the new destiny and hope you have us. Whatever situation we are in, or which station we are halted. But we thank you, being in you the final destiny will be with you free from all anxieties. Because you have redeemed us by you blood. In Jesus....

Topic: Significance Of God's Word In Our Lives! Those Who Embraced It Had No Regrets..

Word of God and Prayer are like two wings of a bird. Both are equally important. It's an intimate conversation between us and the Creator.

The Lord talks to us through His divine Word. Those who experienced His love and Christ in a personal way truly, It encourages, comforts, strengthens, guides, especially admonishes us, corrects us, warns us from harm, sin, danger and from all health hazards.

Knowing that the Word of God is divine many inspired through this have composed inspiring hymns and songs for our edification and encouragement. They wrote under difficult circumstances.

Knowing pretty well the Word of God itself guides and protects us, millions have neglected this precious Word of God and went after sins and pleasures of this world and causing themselves ruin and shame, insults, humiliation not only to them but to the generation. They became withered leaves and branches - good for nothing.

Ps 119 : 105..

Word of God guides us in not taking wrong decisions but right ones. Is shows us what steps to take everyday and leads us to healthy, joyful and victorious life over sin and all dangers.

Word of God protects us from sin, satan, witchcraft attacks and from all danger, and all forms of fears. Pl read Ps 119:11 ; 34 :4.

Those who had the longing to read God Word, enjoyed it and applied it in their lives till date no one came back with regret, but flourished and prospered.

All the authors and unknown authors of book of Psalms 119 chapter, especially the praise and worship leaders like David, Asaph, sons of Korah and few unknown authors of this Psalm revealed the deeper mysteries and revelations of true peace, joy and happiness, significance of praise and power which lies in the divine Word.

I wish to conclude with my thought. Those who truly experienced salvation and love the Lord fully will be longing to read, enjoy and apply the Word and become giants not only to live a powerful and prosperous personal life but will nullify and destroy the powers of darkness with in this World.

Help us to know the depth of your love so that we know the height of thy Omnipotent power that is on us. In Jesus name....

Consecration of will :

The highest reach of faith is, loving intelligent consecration of all our life to the will of God.

We ought to have desires, but they have to be in subordination to His sovereign will.

We have to have plans, but they have to be laid down at God's feet and allow Him to work His plans for us.

Topic: True Repentance! It Alone Produces Forgiveness, Peace, Comfort, Restoration, Divine Blessings And True Prosperity.

The irony of life is, we struggle to flourish like a palm tree because of either partial repentance or no repentance at all. A great and renowned servant of God said, "My sins even today are greater than the one whom I raised from Brain stroke and lever cancer.

The bitter truth is there is no genuine repentance we could see in the world. Hardly few here and there. We love attachments.....

We love to hold on to offence, grudge, hating others...

Where there is genuine repentance , we can expect forgiveness, true peace, His divine favour, true restoration and the blessings of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

Every act of obedience there will be a higher step of trustworthiness by the Lord on us. The Lord trusted Bro. Bakth Singh for his upright and blameless life.

And every act of disobedience or sin, irrespective of who WE are - could be rich or poor, or a nominal Christian or born again Christian, worship leader, pastor, bishop, evangelist, missionary or any God's big or small servant, God's trust in us comes down and down, for every sin that we do. And though we may confess, the Lord in His mercy can forgive us, but trust level from Him towards us comes down.

Similarly every good and blessed act of obedience to Him, His trust level on us increases, act by act, and we become blessed, flourishing and fruitful. Such God's favour & blessings is easily visible to the world.

One middle age Christian who loves to serve the Lord but not ready to give up alcohol. Well, everyone has its own favorite addicted and secret sins and pit falls.

Let us see the life of Joseph. Clear examples from Gen 39th chapter:

Every step of obedience by Joseph, right from being a slave, and when put in prison, he lived an upright obedient life. Every level of obedience God exalted and prospered and elevated him as the Prime minister.

If we see Daniel 1 to 6 chapters:

Every temptation Daniel faced he overcame, every tests & trials his adversaries put on him, he obeyed God to the extend of death. God trusted both these Joseph and Daniel. And they were made rulers and Daniel's adversaries became a mini meal for the hungry lions.

On the contrary we may have or conducted great fasting prayers, let me say, successful crusades, and life filled with full of Christian activities but continue in sin, our personal lives, our family lives and even our church and ministry life will neither be fruitful, nor prosperous. The simple reason, sins are hidden and covered before everyone. But in His sight He knows our spiritual heart condition and our out falls.

There is no point in showing our holiness before others. But being holy and obedient in Gods sight blesses us and prospers us.....
