When we are young, we look beautiful with the tender skin and a strong energetic and healthy body.

It is good to do physical exercise. But as the years go by, inspite of the best excercise we do, and best diet we take to keep ourselves fit and healthy, our body sags, it expands, it wrinkles, joints get creaky, back bends permanently.

When we have Christ within and His divine Word in us, we can enjoy 'fullness of joy' and satisfaction in life at all times. And godliness profits for now and the life which is to come.

There are two types of people in this world who cry or rather shed tears. One type are those who shed tears of joy because someone comforted them by loving acts of compassion and kindness at the time of their adversity. Some shed tears because of grievous and hurting behaviour of others.

How good, how melodious, how inspiring the worship songs and music can be irrespective of who we are! Worship becomes meaningful, purposeful and with fulness of joy -

only when we seek forgiveness to the Lord for ALL our transgressions and not few - be it hidden, unspoken or secret which we sometimes hold on to.

When all our sins are covered or revealed to the Lord, then only any worship becomes true and joyful that is lasting and permanent. Every word of the worship song, then gives us power from above, every word gives us deliverance and healing. It's not shouting hallelujah very loudly will give us deliverance, but purely it's the holiness within us gives us that unbeatable power from above.

Gen. 39:4 Joseph found favour in the sight of Potiphar, and served him. He made him the overseer of the house.

We are very cautious of our behaviour and conduct ourselves to be holy when we are in church and known Circles.

When we show the same intensity to conduct ourselves holy where nobody watches us, then blessings of God are sure.

Our integrity and honesty is tested when nobody watches us. Our integrity and honesty is measured when we do not fall prey for temptations in money matters, and lust of the eyes - what we see, what we read, what we think and how we act and what decisions we take.

Devil makes every effort so that we go out of the plan of God. Tries all tricks so that we take wrong decisions in life.

We need to be within our calling, within the will of God. And decisions that we take, in plans that we chart out, and in friendships and association that we have. And Not compromising on value systems of our 'walk with Christ'.

When we walk with Him in all steadfastness, And when God blesses us, no curse, no attack of satan can prevail against God's blessings and His divine plan.

If we go through Daniel chapter six, we see all 120 most learned chosen satraps and governors of Babylon plotted against Daniel and trapped king Darius to put him in lion's den. Hungry lions became like pet animals before Daniel. The favour of God and His protection was upon him. Because he passed tests of temptations and trials..

All those who plotted against Daniel became the prey of these same lions.

Similarly, Joseph's brothers' could not stop Joseph's blessings. Satan and Potiphar's wife's tempting attacks could neither defeat nor derail Joseph for long. He walked through demoralising accusations from Potiphar's wife. As Joseph walked diligently with God, the blessings reserved for Joseph made a turnaround and from prison he became the ruler of entire Egypt. We too emulate such faithfulness and Trustworthiness like these men of God.

Topic : Words Of Life! Jesus Words Have The Access To The Power To Calming Tempests, And Expelling Demonic Forces...

John 14 : 6. Jesus said, I am the Way, the Truth and the Life.

John 6: 46. Then the officers answered, "No man ever spoke like this man!"

In all the literature there are no words like those which Christ spoke. We know wonderful power His words had. One of them dropped upon the wild sea and quieted it in a moment; another touched the blind man's eyes and opened them; Another fell upon the ordinary water and it changed into delicious wine. Another fell into a dark grave and caused a dead man already in the grave for 4 days to rise and come forth.

Then we remember how His Words comforted sorrowing ones and gave peace to the troubled ones. Demons listened trembling with fear when Jesus spoke, and instantly recognised His power, and obeyed Him.

The words of Jesus therefore are life-changing and timeless. When Jesus spoke, lives were transformed, and trajectory of life forever altered like the tax collector, Zacheus.

These words of Christ have same power. His words have access to the power to calming tempest, opening blind eyes, expelling evil spirits, and raising the dead..

His Words are giving comfort to the sorrowing ones, and hope to despairing and disillusioned ones, and forgiveness to the penitents. His words still keep transforming hearts, sweetening bitter fountains and making flowers bloom.

If we are pursued by spiritual adversaries and seize the Word of Christ, we will find in our hand an all - conquering sword, before which all foes will flee away.

Because we do not act kindly to these strangers who are poverty stricken, neglected lot because of our pride and arrogance. And therefore the Lord rewards highly to those who take our place and show compassion and kindness.

Topic: How We Use Our Tongue Either Blesses Our Testimony Or Destroys Our Name And Testimony.

Have you ever observed what the doctor does after we share all our health issues to him? Even if you explain very clearly, he finally says, "open your mouth and show me your tongue." Only after seeing your tongue, doctor starts writing the prescription. He does it to every patient.

So it is with our Christian life. Whatever activities we do, if our tongue is not good, we lose our name, our conduct and testimony. There is a saying, "Depth of your heart is the tip of your tongue."

Have you ever come across few persons in your life whom, whenever you meet, you feel joyful, blessed and satisfied in life?? We all did! We meet and keep meeting such people. We love to. Because It gives us immense joy to meet such people. They always care for others, encourage others, uplift the spirits. They bring sunshine into the lives of people. They bring warmth and light in the lives of people who are in the dark. They bring smile, laughter, springs of joy, peace, inspiration and motivation. We feel like meeting such people as often as possible. Is it not?? I'm sure we all have such blessed and joyful people. Well, we feel like meeting them and spending much time with them. Why is it so??

Whenever we meet such people, it reignites some positive energy and makes life more meaningful and lighter.

These people are in my opinion unselfish people in this world. They love to see your success. They love to see you prosper. They love to make you happy when you are down. Such people, though very few, can be from amongst our families, relatives, friends' circle, office, or our 'well wishers'. They use the tongue to inspire, encourage, motivate and bless others.

Dear beloved! Our words have life. Our words have power. Our words also can lose precious souls. Whatever we speak with others, we are either giving them life or we are giving them death. The tongue can be used as a tool to build and heal or it can be used as a weapon to harm, destroy and ruin happiness, joy and peace in our families and in our churches.

What kind of impact your words and my words have in our home, in office, in churches, our friends' circle or at market place? A silent introspection. Is all the good work we do is tarnished by our words?

"Sticks and stones may break our bones, but words we speak are sure to break someone's heart or build and encourage someone's heart."

Our works will not build God's kingdom, if our words do not match with our deeds.

Broken families, no peace in the families because of harsh words and violence. Promotions halted, jobs lost, relationships broken. If we have failed, it's ok. But, let us move out of this to make a healthy and joyful begining. It's not too late.

Prov. 18:21. Life and death are in the power of the tongue.

Prov. 16:24. Kind words are like a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and health to the bones.

Topic: "Fear Not, For Those Who Are With Us Are More Than Who Are With Them." 2 Kings 6:17.

In detail from 13th verse to 17th verse.

Syrian king has come to know that all his plans are revealed by prophet Elijah to his enemy, the king of Israel.

The king of Syria

has found out that prophet Elisha was in the city of Dothan, Israel. So, he sent horses and chariots and a great army was surrounding the city of Dothan. (where Elisha stayed) And when the servant of the man of God saw the army surrounding the city with horses and chariots, he panicked saying, "Alas, my master! What shall we do?

The word, 'fear not' every human being loves to hear. More the technological and scientific advances, more lonelier and fearful human being has become.

The Lord God Almighty holds our hands and He is with us ever since we received Him into our hearts. But, often times, we stubbornly let lose of His hands forcibly and go our own direction. And when adversity or a calamity strikes, we are even more fearful or lonelier than ever before.

Fear grips us when when we move away from the Lord Almighty.

As we read, the king of Syria seized upon an opportunity to capture Elisha who was in the city of Dothan. He mobilized a great army with many chariots and horses to surround the city one night. He wasn’t prepared to take any risk of the prophet escaping.

Early the next morning in Dothan, we know Elisha’s servant saw and panicked.

I can imagine how the servant of Elisha must have felt. There was absolutely no logic in what Elisha had said. There were just the two of them against a whole army of Syria! Had his master gone mad? May be he was thinking.

Before the servant could work himself into an even greater panic, Elisha prayed a simple prayer, “Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see” (2 Kings 6:17). And the Lord opened the eyes of the servant. Then he saw that the hillside all around them was filled with blindingly magnificent horses and chariots of fire. God’s army of angels was flanking them on every side, ablaze with the glory, beauty, and majesty of the Most High. As the servant marveled, he realized that the Syrian forces were utterly dwarfed by the angelic army.

Why had the young servant been fearful while Elisha was fearless? The answer is this: They saw different things. The young man saw the great Syrian army. But Elisha saw an even greater angelic army on chariots of fire. Elisha had spiritual insight.

Dear beloved, would you commit the above Scripture to heart? If you are in a constant fight with fear, meditate on this Scripture and fortify your heart with this promise. Whether you find yourself besieged by debts, attacked by what doctors call a terminal illness, or constantly anxious over the safety of your family, remember this powerful verse. The God of angelic armies is with us. No weapon formed against you shall prosper (see Isa. 54:17)!
