When God created Adam and Eve and the Garden the of Eden, He also planted two important trees: the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. The trees themselves weren't nearly as important as what they represented. One represented a life in obedience and submission to God that gave fulfillment with the absence of sin and death. The other represented a life without God where man was his own master. We obviously know which tree was chosen, but more importantly to us, this story represents a choice each of us have to make in our own lives.

Forgiveness, Favor & Grace are major themes that run throughout all of scripture. Today Pastor explains their correlation and how you can practically apply them in your life.

Offense, bitterness and unforgiveness can have diabolical effects on our spiritual and our physical health.

Last week we learned the Biblical definition of Love. We learned that love takes no account of a wrong. In other words, it doesn't get offended. Offense is something that can stop the forgiveness of God in your life and cause your faith to be void of power.

As Valentine's Day approaches, we hear and see the words "I love you" quite often. Pastor looks at what love is from a biblical viewpoint. So the next time you say it, you'll know if you really mean it?

In Psalm 37, the scripture tells us to commit our way to the Lord. Pastor examines this instruction and how we can apply this practically in our lives.

In the parable of the sower, Jesus describes the third type of ground as thorny. He says it represents the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches and the lusts of other things. Removing these thorns from our garden is necessary if we wish to produce good fruit in our lives.

Insanity has been described as doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. If we would like things in our life to change, then we must be willing to step out of our comfort zone and try something new.

When you combine prayer and fasting, expect some results. Jesus helps us understand what prayer and fasting do separately, and the amazing power of joining them together.
