First thing to know—nothing can separate you from the Love of God. God will never leave you, He will never forsake you, and He will be nothing less than faithful to you. He is always looking for relationship with you— no matter how far you have ran or drifted away from Him. There is only one of you and no one can take your place at the table of the Lord. He wants YOU reconciled back to Him.

Communication or praying is not just talking or even hearing, but understanding. God said that His sheep will hear His voice, but how will we know what His voice sounds like if we do not make ourselves familiar with His voice? Pastor Jacob helps us understand how important prayer is in our lives while encouraging us wherever we are in our relationship with Jesus.

We are living in a very heavy time. C.S. Lewis calls it, “always winter, never Christmas”. Are you feeling a heaviness of gloom? How do we live faithfully to the Lord in times like this? This isn’t the first time in history where people are wondering when the suffering will end, thinking that maybe this is the “end”. Pastor Jacob highlights stories for us that shows there are people who can hold on to Hope in the midst of darkness […]

We tell our children versions of the stories of the Bible that don’t traumatize their little minds because if we made a movie exactly how the Bible describes the stories, it would be rated R. But hearing all the stories as children, we aren’t typically taught to look at the whole Bible as an entire story that leads to Jesus. A lot of the time, most people look at the Bible as a rule book, but it’s a story book. […]

If you don’t have a lot of money, you can still have the love of money in your heart! Money is a poor master but it is a tool in our hands to serve the true King of our heart. Pastor Duane talks more about God’s Word on prosperity. We can trust God with our finances because we can trust Him with our hearts. We are all at risk to be self-righteous in either camp, rich or poor, but we […]

Walking 70 miles uphill, in your third trimester. Does that sound like something a woman would love to do? Does that sound like something a man would want to do with a woman who is in her third trimester? Well, Mary and Joseph did that. There are stories that are told to us as children, but do we learn the nitty gritty of the story? The birth of Jesus is not pleasant at all. Pastor Jacob tells the story of […]

Peace The story of Zachariah is fascinating and Pastor Austin takes us on the journey that Zachariah went on–not giving up Hope. Our circumstances do not have to determine where our hope lies.

Hope & Peace Advent is a time to remember what God remembers and forget what God forgets. When we live a life alive with the wonder of who God is and what he has done, Hope is the foundation of our thought life and Peace is the attitude of our soul.

There is a balance in our hearts we must keep on riches. There are people who guard their wealth instead of their hearts. Having money is not the problem but letting money have you is a problem. Money is simply a seed. The LOVE of money is the root of all evil–money is not evil in and of itself. Pastor Duane brings great balance to the topic of riches by the Word of God.
