Love doesn't grow instantly nor does it die quickly either---it takes time either way. There has been an fallout attack on love over many years and much of what is happening in our culture is a result of that assault!

There has been an all out attack on love. Totally undermining the whole meaning of love, purpose of love, definition of love and showing of love. We must love on purpose!

 There has been an all out, organized, concentrated attack on love for many years! 1 John4:8 says, "God is love!" But looking around at the way TV, or Hollywood in movies, or the music industry portrays love it's no wonder our young people have lost all reality about what real love is. Our children are on the altar of sacrifice! There is a whole new "normal" when it comes to what they should be like---their culture and standards! Satan's buzzards are picking at their flesh and destroying their lives.

Abraham "drove" the fowls away!  The biggest failure America and Canada have done is we have not drove the fowls away from our children, our homes, our churches and our government. The apathy of God's people is showing up across the spectrum of society and our children are paying the biggest price.

Its time we claimed our rightful spot as a child of the King. He says we are His children (John 1:12) and His promises belong to us. No we don't deserve it nor are worthy of it BUT He says it and we are to believe it and claim our position as adopted children!

Do you really believe God? The story of Abraham is not unique. He believed, Daniel believed, Job believed in fact all the greats of the Bible and those we read and study about since Biblical times who did great things and saw great things done...believed God and trusted in Him and doubted not!

The needs are all around us and the opportunity to care likewise abound. A simple phone call, text or note could brighten someones day. The question will not be "did you win them" but rather...did you try!
