Eric Jones Jr is unique in the world, because he was born with club hands. Club-hand people are known for their short arms and weak shoulders which makes it hard to do most activities such as carrying groceries or pushing racks of clothing up stairs without assistance from someone else! With this condition comes an inner strength that not many others can boast about-- Eric's always had what some might call "heroic heart." He's had over 16 surgeries. Was bullied and attempted to commit suicide as a kid, but now he’s a co-author with a book under his belt! He also gives motivational talks, both in the US, but now also to young people in Africa- not just another college dropout who struggled academically in high school? Not only that he's an educator, mentor championship volunteer basketball coach and podcast host. In this industry, it's becoming more and more difficult to get your message across in a way that people will understand or care about. And with the rise of texting and social media, we're seeing less face-to-face interaction which means that we can't rely on our natural facial expressions to help readers and viewers connect with what you're saying. Which means that you need a visual aid - something like video to do the job instead.
When Amanda Kijek decided to become a business coach, she knew that she would have to use webinars as a way to reach more people and grow her business.
