GRQOTW62: Fraser has a small stone located immediately behind his ball which is lying in the bunker.  Knowing he can remove loose impediments in the bunker, and after checking with his marker if he agrees, Fraser reaches down to remove it, and upon grabbing the stone, it breaks into many pieces as it was actually a clump of sand, not a stone.  What is the ruling?
