Jesus says if you remain in me & I remain in you, the intoxicating life of the kingdom will come to you.

It's not unusual to think of a shepherd that's willing to take care of his sheep. But what about one that's willing to die for them?

We're often not ready to see Jesus, because He frequently comes in ways we weren't expecting.

God frequently doesn't show up in the ways we expect Him to. When He doesn't, don't despair. You haven't been forsaken.

Let's ask ourselves: "What part of my life might be remixed/repurporsed into the reality of the day of the Lord?"

Waiting for the arrival of Jesus is part of living in the Kingdom of God story. But while waiting, how do we keep inferior stories from creeping in?
